I think is a fraud yesterday I did a shopping and few hours latter some one phone mi toll is no selling any thing in this shop I tray to aske for the refund the bill I send Email and try phone but the phone is not working

Big let down and no communication on why my item was a week late.

I would say avoid if you need a specific item delivering quickly, safely packaged and actually arriving or if you value comms within 24/48hrs for a delivery that’s over a week late (and money held on to during this period).

Ordered an expensive bottle of wine, vintage of the year I was engaged to my wife next to the vineyard that produced the wine. So quite a specific product. It was clearly advertised as this vintage. Paid £7.95 for delivery.

After 2 days I received a message to say that vintage was out of stock and the year after was available, I accepted this within 40mins of the email.

1 week later and still no wine. Checking DHL it said the item was perishable and contact OHS - after emailing OHS over a period of 4 days I received no reply. The anniversary had been missed and I had no idea where my wine was or whether I would get a refund. I tried to email the shop but this just bounced back in error. In the end I started a dispute with my bank to get the money back.

Then suddenly after 4 days I received and email to say it had been packaged incorrectly and I would get a refund. OHS also offered £10 off a next purchase, which I have no faith in using (also would only really cover the delivery costs)

I ordered pizza from White Label Detroit Pizza off of the Online High Street platform. It was "cook at home pizza" that arrived frozen and carefully packaged.
The website was really easy to use and I was able to order the pizza for a day of my choosing which was really helpful as I needed something for the following week that I could just pop in the oven with no fuss.
The only difficulty I had was choosing my pizza topping as they all had me salivating. The pizza was delicious and will definitely be bought again when I'm needing to make dinner with little time, a good excuse to try the other toppings too!

I love to work with online high street. The team is amazing and always so helpful. The communication between us and customers is great. Fast and professional service that supports small businesses with big hearts in Cambridgeshire.

What a great way to bundle up your shopping from some of your favourite local shops to fit it into your schedule! I had last-minute guests coming for dinner, and being short on time, I ordered a case of our fave wine from Friarwood and a fillet steak from the neighbourhood butchers. Dinner sorted. They were kind enough to provide a discount voucher as well.

I placed an order for several items from the same shop. The website was not the easiest to navigate and it was impossible to scroll through all the items in the basket before check out to have a final look to ensure that everything I wanted to purchase was there. I expected delivery between 3pm and 7pm on the chosen date but it was sent via DPD (no mention of this - I expected their delivery person as we are so close to Cambridge) earlier in the day. Good thing I was home. I only received an acknowledgment of the order and the amount via email, but no itemised receipt. No printed receipt in the delivery either. I could not remember all the items I ordered and some of them seemed different to what I remembered ordering. I had no way of doublechecking so I had to email to request an itemised receipt, which was sent later the same day. However it had an .eml extension which made it difficult to view properly. It would have been less hassle to receive it as a pdf. The website's platform, ordering process, communication and availability of information need improvement.

As a small business, I highly recommend Online High Street. Having used a similar platform last year, it proved to be extremely beneficial for my business, especially during busier seasons. Sadly, said platform shut abruptly, leaving us small businesses in the lurch. Luckily Online High Street came along when it did, as it has definitely felt like my small business has slipped into familiarity even though this is a new platform. It's a good thing! Really lovely products. We ordered a charcuterie deli box for a little gathering at our place, and were impressed by the quality of the ingredients. We also got some nice baked goods from a local bakery. Delivery was great and the packaging was good quality. It's really nice to know that we are shopping local and keeping the high street vibrant, while still getting stuff in a convenient way.

Super easy and reliable service. Website very simple to use and it's great to be able to shop from multiple locals at once and support small businesses. Delivery was quick and everything nicely packaged :)
