I ordered 6 plants from here. Quick delivery and great communication. The plants arrived in perfect condition with shiny leaves. Great care has been taken in growing these pants and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Disappointed in service
I received my order, not packaged as well as other plant-sending websites and I paid more in postage by that also.
I was given a freebie purple plant when spending over £20, the teeny tiny little plant was not represented by a realistic photo and shown as 'this is what it will grow into'. I would appreciate a clear representation of what I am entering into. Perhaps include 'seedling' in the text.
I ordered 2 plants and a 3rd being the freebie. One other plant arrived perfectly as expected, the other had half its leaves sliced, damaged or missing. I have a bald patch on my lovely plant.
This website isn't a place I would revisit again, highly disappointed.

Fantatsic service, very reasonably priced, plants arrived the very next day and were so well packaged out of 4 plants delivered only 1 leaf was lost. Planys are amazing quality. Very pleased will def use again.

Fantastic company
A great experience from start to finish. I contacted Online House Plants for advice about which plants to choose. They replied straightaway and made some really good recommendations about plants I couldn't kill!
