Fastest way to get your games!

I searched the internet about cheap games and found OKS some months ago. I tried it and boom, it was really awesome to get my games cheap/fast and so easy as never before. When you really need your fav. games that fast, then use OKS!
Also be sure you follow their Facebook and Twitter profile, since they always doing some fancy give aways of your fav. games.

Great Company Great Staff

Honestly one of the best company's i have ever dealt with Amazing staff some of the friendliest people I've encountered in the Industry had an issue with a key being stolen from an infection and within 24 hours i had a brand new key without any fuss or accusations that I'm lying They also have a Stream on Twitch.tv with Great people representing the company doing giveaways for free stuff and also will help with any issues you have there and then and if you are lucky will even give you an on the spot discount on a game! What more could you want from a company?!? I will tell you this here and now and you can quote me on it anytime you like OnlineKeyStore is THE BEST key store around

Good Friendly Service

always deliver there service to a high degree in a timely fashion and are always friendly and helpful if a problem does arise

great bunch of guys who work here , they interact with there customers on twitch they do giveaways, and discount any game you may want, great service i think they will be a big company in future very exciting times ahead for them, im so glad i came across them on twitch , i recommend these guys to anyone , highly recommended :)

Best company ever

OnlineKeyStore is my go-to website for any new game purchase. 99% of the time they will offer the game I'm looking for in a much more reasonable price compared to my country's overly bloated retail market. Their service has worked every time and delivery of the product was always immediate. Highly recommended for anyone looking for cheaper games.

very bad

Waiting 45h+ still didn't get my key, they kept me waiting 24h+ once before but I was like - okay, they had bad day, ran out of keys, can happen to anyone, but this is just unacceptable, there's a reason I want my key immediately and i don't want to wait 5 days for it, gonna give them little more time then I'm refunding it for sure, mainly for the reason I just don't want them to have a dollar from me. If you cant do your job properly don't do this kind of job!

As expected

I ordered and AFTERWARDS read the reviews here. I was super scared that I was scammed because I didn't receive anything nor does PayPal protect digital orders, so yeah.
But in my case, everything worked perfectly.

01:09pm - Order placed
01:09pm - Received confirmation by email
01:11pm - Received PayPal confirmation
01:15pm - Was worried that I did not receive anything yet, started googling and sent them a support request.
01:17pm - Received email to go to download section and download keys
01:23pm - You have claimed: World of Warcraft®: Warlords of Draenor™ Standard Edition
01:27pm - Support ticket answered, stating that the order was delivered already.

While I believe the others here, this seems to be pretty much a "Hit or Miss" kind of deal. So I guess everyone has to figure out for himself if it's worth saving a couple bucks.

Personally, after reading those reviews, would probably not order there again, even though in my specific case everything went down as smoothly as possible.

No key no support no refund

I ordered a game 4 days ago and have paid for it, still no key even after multiple tickets opened and subsequently closed without any resolution. Have also had someone request a steam password reset yesterday on my account, bit of a strange coincidence... So ive basically been robbed by this company it seems at this stage, I am not impressed at all.

Bad, key already in use, no support at all

When i tried to activate the key via steam it said it was already in use. I contacted support with some screenshot verifying my account and mail address.

He said that the key was directly send from EA. Football Manager 2015 isn't made by EA, but anyways. He found it weird. That was the only answer i get from him and he closed the ticket ?? Support ?

Not the best experience and would not reccommend it.

No support

No support. I'm now on my third ticket, as they keep closing them, not giving me the oppertunity to respond.
I bought from them before without any problems, but making me open ticket after ticket is just too damn annoying.

Not as good of a deal as it first seemed

The price of the product is good (fair when taking other similair resellers into consideration) but the delivery time is just not what was expected.

Delivery is promised to be 24 hours max, my delivery was made after 23 hours which must be considered slow when you pay for a product that is intended to be delieved instantly. If you do not mind waiting a day for your product then OKS will supply you with good deals but do not expect instant delivery!

The customer support from OKS staff is fast but in my case they missed a problem despite me notifying them of it, it was fixed by my second contact with a different member of staff. Everyone makes misstakes so no big deal, or in my case not as good of a deal as it first seemed.

Worst shop in the world. Stay away from them.

I received an email telling me I ordered something (dead island whatever). I did NOT order anything. I suspect my account was hacked, or it is an system error on their shopping system. Asked OKS to cancel and refund (Store credit was used on that order). And of course, I started immediately on the big password changing roulette on this and similiar sites, as well as extensively checking for signs of malware, rootkits and the likes. (PC was clean, I suspect this is an heartbleed aftermath)


Their reply:

I have just spoken to the accounts team and unfortunately there is nothing we can do as ultimately we can't prove you didn't order the game. We are sorry this happened and advise you to change the password on your account and scan to see if there is any spyware.

Worst customer service in the world

I ordered a Diablo 3 key and was surprised to then be asked to send security information via un-secured email. There is no way I was going to do that, so asked for a refund. I am not sure who they employ but they didn't seem to understand what a refund was and asked me to send the security information instead. 2 weeks later, numerous emails and customer tickets and I have got nowhere. I started having a go at them via Facebook in the end, but got told that they were unhappy with being insulted. Well, this joke of a company has totally insulted me and have my money and I have no product. I will be looking into legal options to get my money back now.

Received an already redeemed Steam gift, FB post got deleted and Support not responsive enough

I have ordered Dead Rising 3 Apocalypse Edition (Steam Gift) and have tried redeeming the Steam gift link within minutes after receiving the link to my e-mail. I have been shown that the gift has already been redeemed.

I have opened an IT ticket, to which I have received a reply to provide proof and the ticket was changed to closed. I have provided proof to the their support e-mail address, no response. I have also re-opened the support ticket and informed the support team about my response to their e-mail.

Later, I have written on the OKS Facebook page and within minutes I was asked what is the ticket ID, which I have provided. The next day, my FB post was no longer on their FB page.

Support team asked me then to check my inventory, the gift was not there and I have provided them with the proof again, no response since then.

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour and I seriously recommend to think twice before buying from this website.

edit: last response was that they are investigating and that I should give them 48 hours, this has passed 8 hours ago and as of 17.09.2014 it's now 13 days since I've bought the game, but still haven't received it ...

Not delivering. Not answering. STAY AWAY

Bought 2 keys (Diablo 3 and Diablo3 ROS). The order went through but nothing was delivered. The following day the order status was reset and the payment "anti-fraud failure". The system was asking me to pay again so I did. Same story. So now I have a double payment that went through correctly both time both for PayPal and for my bank but no product, no answer, no money.

tl;dr: payed twice, received nothing. No answers from the support after 72+ hours (they brag 24 hours response). Stay away.

Very bad experience, actually with an open claim with paypal to receive the refund.
