Security breaches - credit cards hacked.
False Analytics.
Money is taken without contracts being signed.
Ghosted when you ask for a refund for work not provided on contracts you NEVER signed.

WARNING: Do not sign a contract with OMG!!! If I could give a negative star review I would. Do yourselves a favour and do not set up Direct Debit with this company EVER! They will just keep taking while doing nothing. Then they will ignore you, just hoping you'll go away, all the time while they keep taking your money and doing jack! Worst experience and communication ever.

I have contacted Online Marketing Gurus via email multiple times regarding a charge for services after a written request to stop the account. We had no valid contract as it had expired, and we advised in writing to stop services as per their terms - 30 days prior. I have been chasing reimbursement of the illegally processed direct debit. I was advised they were "looking into it" and now am receiving no response from multiple email contacts within the company when I ask for a response.

I would ignore Google reviews for OMG and instead look towards a more independent source such as Trust Pilot.

Lesson #1 in the world of digital marketing scams is how to manipulate Google reviews – and in this care OMG deserves 5 stars!

My personal experience with OMG – as a client – was extremely poor, and I would avoid them in all ways.
Their ‘professional advice’ was in my opinion sub-standard and would have been costly had my company followed this.

Although ‘fronted’ by a local (Australian) account manager, all work appears to be undertaken in the Philippines – indicating a fundamental lack of integrity and transparency.

Within a period of 6 months, two different ‘account managers’ were assigned – neither of whom appeared to be qualified and competent.

Faced with push-back in the area of accountability, the monthly retainer/fee appeared to be the most important issue – and not the delivery of customer satisfaction.
When faced with a negative Google review, OMG contacted my business owner with the implied threat that is this review was not rescinded, OMG would respond with a retaliatory 1-star review. Naturally as instructed I withdrew my rating.

Now that I am no longer bound by this restriction, I am happy to honestly provide OMG with a 1-star review, and happy for anyone to contact me for further details. In reality, a single star is generous but is the only way I’m able to express my true feelings about this organisation.
