Very poor experience with this organisation, which is entirely made up of sole traders and therefore no real way of holding anyone to account. Only two sessions, both of which were curtailed, due to technical difficulties which is ironic given their name. Outcome was bizarre and seem very keen to drop me once they had cashed in my government funded voucher.

I booked online and chose this company because they had an appointment available really soon. This was an illusion because it's been almost a week since I had the mediation now, and I have still not received the paperwork that my solicitor needs for the court process. *I was not told at the time of booking, or at the start of the mediation* that it would be so slow. The mediation itself was completely fine, but the subsequent delays meant that I would have been far better off waiting for an appointment with a more reputable and reliable mediator.

If you are under any kind of time pressure, then I would avoid. I am now going to miss a deadline timetabled and agreed between solicitors.

I wanted to thank you for such high quality work. You didn't just fit me in at short notice, but then really went above and beyond in both the quality and detail of the information you provided. I had expected a short call in order to get a document, to move onto the next stage. You however took the time to really dig in to all possible resolution possibilities.
