Fantastic service to and from Heathrow airport. Coaches well maintained and clean. Drivers very friendly and professional, no stress at all just sit back and relax.

Honestly the worst transport company I’ve ever dealt with. Booked a mini bus for 14 people to go from Stansted Airport to Ipswich about 2 or so months in advance - paid up front online. Was told that we’d have driver details 48hours before our journey and never got this information. Had to ring numerous times the day before and day of the journey - partly due to the fact they don’t answer the phone, and when they do they say they will ring you back and never do. Ended up getting 2 cars instead of a mini bus which we then had to pay extra for (despite paying hundreds of pounds already).
Contacted them early on Sunday for our return journey that evening. After numerous attempts to ring, someone eventually answered and assured me that our taxi’s would be there on time. No taxi arrived for at least 20 minutes after agreed time. Took over 30 minutes to get anybody to answer the phone and then they were asking for more money and tried to say that we had booked for a different time (despite having 2 confirmation emails)! Taxi’s didn’t arrive until about 90 minutes after the agreed time. Made the trip really stressful and unnecessarily expensive. Avoid at all costs!

Update: Company’s reply says they refunded us the money we were owed - they did not.They also did not ‘quickly’ sort cars. We almost missed our flight and had to pay hundreds extra.

Very quick replies to questions on WhatsApp, and overall a very good experience. We will be using again!

Fantastic service. Always had very prompt responses from WhatsApp chat which was very helpful as the amount of passengers I was travelling with kept changing. The journey itself was really prompt and dropped us to the exact location we wanted despite being in the centre on London. Really reasonably priced too.

Rang us when he was on his way and text us when he arrived. We rang him and asked if he would pick us up early and in a different part of York. Nothing was a problem. He was lovely to chat to and made sure we got both places safely.

I had arranged a 16 seater mini bus with a driver with this company. One day before I was due travel I gave them a message to request a name and number for our driver. No response even though when I was paying the responses was instant which worried me straight away so I called them to then be told we can't do your journey tomorrow as the driver has said there is no mot on the bus!!!! Which left me with less than 24 hours to try and source another bus on one of the busiest weekends of the year!!! Luckily I did...121 transport is a company you want to be using not these. If you do you will only regret it.

We had a great experience with OMBH. Our driver Zafar was very friendly and prompt. The Minibus was clean and we were offered free bottles of water.

Our journey was very long, from London to Dorset, and Zafar was happy to stop whenever we needed. This was great as we had young children with us.

Disgusting service , avoid at all costs!!
After an original enquiry into OMBH due to the trains being on strike and our trip back from London on my daughters hen do , we decided to accept the quote and use the company. At first I thought they were competent until the day before at 11pm when they had got the day wrong and not read the emails properly as to pick up dates and time . However they were NOT at all helpful and understanding or did they even admit that they had not acted on the email stating exactly the day we needed the trip, whereas I could see how it got confused they persisted in saying that I was wrong and they would have to charge extra only IF they could help us out ( due to their mistake ) Of course being stranded in London was not an option therefore I had to pay the extra . To add insult to injury the driver was 30 minutes or so late and thought he was taking us to Brighton instead of Bexhill … who is this cowboy company ? On finally getting home and the company asking me how it went the next day I let them know my thoughts yet there was absolutely zero understanding or admittance it was their mess up . On asking for the £130 refunded due to their error I got fobbed off with … the trip is complete they cannot refund , now there’s a surprise so all this company wanted was extra money so this return only trip cost us £509 .. a disappointing ending to the hen party’s day and a disgusting service all round . Angry is an understatement

I booked a minibus well in advance and was sent a ramshackle cab ,with clutter on the front seat and boot ,so couldn't put an electric wheelchair anywhere but in the cab with us .Half an hour late ,all contact info was wrong .Don't use they are a rip off !!!!

We used OMBH to hire a minibus for a hen do night out in Bath. The communication leading up to the trip was brilliant and the price was so much cheaper than other companies. The driver on the night was very friendly, accommodating and on time. The minibus was spacious, modern and clean. The driver even agreed to pick us up slightly later than the original pick up time for the return journey. Would definitely recommend this company.

On my last visit to the UK me and my family decided to visit Buckingham Palace and Madame Tussauds. I wanted to pay my respect to the Late Queen Elizabeth and it was such a emotional visit. Ian contacted us the night before once his name and number were sent over to us. He arrived early in the morning and was a very pleasant driver. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one. X

I hired Online Mini bus from Wales to Scotland with my family & honestly speaking I was satisfied with the journey and experience. Very good customer service!!! & I looked around for prices and this companies price was the best and it was worth it !!!! I highly recommend this

I Cannot stress enough to not go through this company! The company is ignoring my formal complaint after we received the following experience, I have no choice at this time other than go through the ombudsman. They refuse to respond!
Some of the issues we faced are - 1.5 hours late, the Driver was on the phone (4 different calls during our booking and whilst on the motorway) Driver was vaping, Caused a 3+ hour delay to our trip, shocking lack of cleanliness and hygiene on the van and all photographic evidence was given in the formal complaint!
