Veery poor and terrible service and strategy. I am a restaurant owner of two restaurants in Sweden and a restaurant partner of onlinepizza but now I will request everyone do not please donot trust on this type of fraud organisation those who cheat and fraud both partner(s) restaurant owners as well as the customers who make order online
I sold or served 16912 SEK food and I got payment of only 3645 SEk as the 70 % of the total price
I asked and earnestly requested them over telephone several times and by email with due evidence but they did not care about it. Actually all of them are within a same chain of command to cheat and fraud customers as well as restaurant owners
Actually most of the restaurant owner does not bother about the payments pinpointly (accurately) but I think it happens a lot for so many restaurant owners.
I stopped or closed the operation with onlinepizza or Delivery Hero or mat24.se temporarily until and unless they can not clarify and settle the payments I will not work together with them and I will never recommend this management system who has cheat mentality to cheat the people
Moreover everyday several customers call us that they made order onlinepizza but neither yet been received food nor the refunding the money
This is really irritating and disappointing that how they dare to do this ? They should get exemplary punishment
We want better service as homedelivery food not like this
Look attention to the management who are working seriously and honestly for the betterment of the service and product

Great service! It is very convenient to order pizza and other meals using their app, you will receive updates on your order and information about the time for delivery.
Onlinepizza.se offers a large selection of take away meals by compiling all the restaurants in the area that does home deliveries in one app.

Literally the worst company to order…
Literally the worst company to order food through. They will manipulate, lie, and not deliver your food.
We did not receive our food, they claimed we cancelled our order (when we didn't) then still billed us anyway.
