I ordered two Robot Cleaner I Have Never see anything like This Before. No Direction On How To use it cheap Looking and The thin pad that came with it and charger cord a Shame Don't look nothing like the video That yall Show Just A SCAM!!!!! I Pray That y'all Be accountable For Taking People Money u And I know it's not Right But I will Leave it in God Hands He Fights All of My Battle!! Amen!!

Received a damaged washer, telephone contact number on item did not work. Item sent unboxed looks like something heavy was dropped on it breaking a wand and deforming hood. Based on other reviews (this site) this item most likely would not have worked any way. Pursuing refund.

Ordered an XL calming dog bed and when we got it it was a small, had a stain on it and absolute junk. Emailed asking for a refund, let’s see how that goes but not optimistic. Hard to even find the website or email to contact someone. Do not order! Absolute crap.

I bought a "pressure washer". This piece is total junk. You cant even attach it to a hose. Plus it took forever to get it. They won't even respond for returns. Thank God for Trust Pilot. I sent a link to these reviews to Paypal and told them to give me a refund.

I have been waiting 4 months to receive a sharpener that I ordered. They just tell me that my package was delivered. NO SHARPENER IN IT!!. Do NOT order from this company, they will just scam you!

I ordered the engraver and waited 2 months for it to arrive, could not find the tracking number and just kept getting given excuses. Fast forward 2 months and the package arrives. It was not what I ordered but instead eyebrow stencils for make up. They have not replied back to be since the delivery date. Do not buy from this company

I ordered the illusion rug for my 9yo who loved it. I thought at first it was quite dear, especially being in us dollars but when I received the rug (there is no other word to describe my disappointment) it was crap. The print didn't look anywhere as good as in the photo. Instead of using a grey color to simulate a shadow they simply smudged the black?!? Ruining the circular carpet.

Total Scam they sent the high pressure washer with no hose attachment, unusable and they refused to send a new one or refund my money. Report to paypal so they are not able to do business through them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will not receive anything apart from excuses.

Terrible company. I will never buy from them again. They sent it with missing parts and than gave me a 7 day return policy! After having waited months for it to arrive!

placed order and they charged my credit card immediately. received item 45 days later. was directed to purchase different batteries from Amazon batteries did not make flashlight work. Called asked for a refund they policy is 30 days....

I ordered a mask from them they sent me a fake tracking number and wont respond to emails. It's a scam stay far away from this company or whatever it is

Sent for a dog bed May 14 still no sign of the product, seems to be a trend in the current reviews. Don't hold out much hope now. The company is totally unresponsive to my requests for information or assurances they have canceled the order and returned my money. I am not impressed wish I had read the reviews before I spent the money.

Absolutely appalled! Sent for a 'Dobby' figure, the size shown on the facebook video was approx 3/4 foot figure where 2 young girls where nursing the figure,sent for this in May 2020, After sending an email to the company I was informed it was in the post. It came today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!July 14th 2020 I have paid £22.19 for a 3 inch rubber figure!!!!!! Totally astounded!!!!! Wonder what the British consumer council would make of this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a paint roller on May 23rd. I emailed the company last week because I no longer need the product. That info was stated in my 1st email. They found my info around July 3rd and shipped the item to me even though I said I wanted a refund. I would have pay shipping to send it back. This is an awful company.
