I ordered a dog bed from them on May 8 have not received it as of now and it is the 15th, after checking on them, unfortunately after I bought the dog bed I’m finding out that this is not a reputable company and do not order anything from them.

A transaction ID#,an ivoice ID# & a merchant transaction# they can't find anything for me.This needs to go to the BBB I am tired of losing money like this I am not happy customer service at PayPal is closed due to the covid-19. This is malarkey they can take our money but they can't give us service. I'm done with this I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau

I ordered a camera from Star shop hub on April 25th for the cost of $34.94 they took my money that day and it's now middle of May and have received nothing and I can't get ahold of anybody degree turn my money or my merchandise this whole thing has been asked am do not order anything from these people cuz they're liars and scammers and scumbags!!!!!! What a joke !!!!!! IF ANYONE ORDERS ANYTHING DON'T EXPECT TO GET IT !!!!!!

I ordered a calming bed april 5th still haven’t received it. They took the money from my account same day I purchased.I tried to contact them emails were returned ! Unbelievable and disgusting!!

This company is a SHAM - the product(s) you get will arrive late and be damaged and your only recourse will be to send your products back to china for more than it cost to purchase it. I purchased mine using PayPal as I always do online but they were zero help. Buyer be warned! Buy American - these folks are crooks.

I ordered a pet bed at least 3 weeks ago. Took the money from my account. I have not received the bed and can't find a way to call this sham company. Disgusting! i will never fall for this again. They need to be shut down and prosecuted.

Wow, I didn't read the reviews until after I made my order for 20 Silver Eagles. I was sure I got scammed. I even called PayPal and asked for a refund after a while. I contacted the company as they asked me too, and soon I had a tracking number. I still thought I was getting $200 worth of counterfeit coins from China. They just arrived. I wish I'd ordered more now. For $9.99 each, I got 20 very real uncirculated silver dollars. Well worth the wait. I can't find them on the net but I would like to get a lot more.

We purchased two gifts for our dog on April 17 and have gotten no communication from the company at all… The payment through my bank that same day for $69.75 however nothing from them he came to review and to see what was going on and noticed this is happening to everybody… I will pursue legal matters if I have to to have this matter handled… It shows PayPal star shop hub at 211 N. 1st St., San Jose.. I was a supervisor at credit union for five years and I will everything I can to find the company and pursue litigation… Consumers have rights and it’s not gonna continue to happen… so guess what we’re gonna have some fun Skip searching in San Jose

Ordered something on 4/20. Was told it was shipped in 24 hours. I received a confirmation email. No tracking number. No way to tell if it was really on the way. Sounds and feels like I got scammed.

Placed an order on April 4th. Have not received any information on the status of purchase. This must be a scam. I am taking measures to get my money back!
