Excellent service from the installers to customer services, we have an issue with a very small hole in our hot tub from the manufacturer not leaking but still should not be there, which is now going to be replaced instead of repaired, online spas have been brilliant throughout keeping in contact etc, would really recommend online spas to anyone.

Don’t buy from here, I bought a hot tub from here. They messed up the delivery date. I was promised a hamper from them as a good will gesture which a year down the line has never arrived. The headrests on the hot tub have started bubbling and peeling off. I have emailed them 8 times but never have I received a response from this company. Feel that since they received my money there not bothered.
Customer service is horrendous.
Don’t buy from here.

Hi Claire, head headrests are perishable, as over time chemicals will react with them.
If you are within warranty they we will send out new ones, if you are outside warranty you can buy new ones.
To receive a hamper you need to leave a review and it’s a been a year since you’ve had your hot tub and this is your first review. Thanks for letting us know all about the fantastic experience over the 12 months and the only review you can leave is this one. I’ll get someone to contact you regarding headrests next week.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. I had to put my delivery off for quite a while, due to personal reasons. Online spat was very understanding and kept hold of my hot tub until I was ready for it. The men that delivered it was great, professional, polite and explained everything that I needed to know about my hot tub. Can’t fault online spat. They was great from start to finish.

We also reviewed the feedback and thought this was too harsh to be true. Im a honest person and expect an honest service ,sadly this company know only too well they dont share the same values. I'm sorry about the issues you've faced with your spa, as we explained to you on the phone this morning, we will be out as soon as possible to rectify them.
Yesterday we had a full system shutdown in our administration office due to technical faults our of our control, we understand this is frustrating to our customers but it's extremely rare anything like this happens. As you got in touch with us only yesterday for the first time, this is why our team was delayed by a day in contacting you. Our calls did divert through to our sales team who took down your details and sent them to us this morning as soon as we were able to get back onto the system, I'm sure you can appreciate we did this as soon as we possibly could.
In the past when you've had issues we did our best to ensure we got those rectified and apologised when they did occur, we took your feedback on and made sure everything was to your satisfaction. I'm sorry you feel like we've let you down on this occasion, however we are working to sort your issues out as quick as possible again.
