The carpet arrived in wonderful conditions, very well wrapped and it is really beautiful. The delivery date is even earlier than they had foreseen when the order was made. The carrier they used actually changed the first delivery date thay had given me, but this has nothing to do with the manufacturer.

Problems with delivery but not the company's fault due to covid and restrictions for imports in to country.

Customer service at its best
We ordered two carpets - and loved one of them immediately. The other not so, we underestimated the way the design interacts with our interior. I called, they offered refund or exchange, and they arranged for FedEx to pick up the one carpet we wanted to return. Very smooth, very friendly. We´ll order there again.

Great service and quality
I used this site for the first time to buy a particular carpet that I’d seen online before. First, they have an amazing online tool that allows you to see the fit with your interior. This navigated my choice and helped me find the perfect match for my room.
The delivery was smooth and quite fast,c. 2 weeks internationally and that during the pandemic.
Overall great experience, I’d recommend the company to anyone looking for a quality carpet and a great service.
