The good news is we are a small family company with over 35 year trading in the trophy business industry and over 15 years of them as being one of the leaders on internet, we have gained a reputation of have a top quality customer service supplying carefully chosen products and a vast knowledge of the customers trophy requirement and needs. We feel it is important to create a happy shopping environment for the customer and in this we have designed the site into sports trophy sections and trophy style selections. We have included quite a lot of traditional sports and other sports and pastimes shown on the site and we keep adding extra sports weekly. We sell lots of popular styles of trophies are plaque, marble, medals, ribbons, resins and one of the largest selection cups available on the internet including silver plated cups, nickel plated cups, sports cups and much more. At OnlineTrophies we make sure your buy experience is trouble free, making each trophy self explanatory, boxes for entering engraving information and an easy “buy now” button.

Excellent resolution of order problem

There was a small problem with my order in that the wrong item was dispatched by mistake. However, the issue was sorted immediately and without argument, the correct item was delivered at the first opportunity, and the incorrect item was collected at the same time thus minimising hassle. Despite the intial error, this was excellent service from both Online Trophies and ParcelForce, and much appreciated.

Prompt delivery

Prompt delivery, perfect item.
Good packaging,and easy to navigate their web page.
Only minus is they should inform you that the more words in an inscription results in extremely small letters, which are difficult to read,
(so the lesser the words the easier it is to read).
This seems obvious but some customers might not take this into consideration.
Thus 4 stars and not 5.
