Excellent quality turf, 100% weed free and is growing beautifully after one week on prepared top soil. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely lawn. I am glad I ordered a few extra rolls however; a few were damaged most likely due to transit.

Turf quality and delivery were first rate.I regret I didn’t use them when I had my main lawns done.Highly recommended

Excellent service, the lorry was unable to access my road as too big, so he loaded it up and wheeled it to our door, instead of calling us and asking us to go and collect it… real customer service.

Firstly the turf arrived on a pallet that literally fell apart on my driveway with large rusty nails on show and the packaging was ripped with turf bulging out the side. Secondly, 2 out of 20 rolls were of very poor quality. The rest of the turf was fine hence the 3 stars. I had contacted customer service who have been pretty nonchalant and just blamed the delivery company for the pallet and damaged turf.

Really pleased with my onlineturf delivery. The initial call was really helpful; I gave my measurements and the quantity suggested couldn’t have been more accurate: there was literally 10 square cms left over. The delivery was on time and the driver delivered to a sensible place out of the way of the neighbours but accessible to me. The turf is fantastic quality, went down easily and just a week in is taking well and growing beautifully. The price was the best I found online too. Can’t fault any aspect of this process. Well done.

AVOID! Summary: your product won't arrive when they say it will and they're not that bothered about it!  

I strongly advise avoiding this company due to their unreliable delivery and almost non-existent customer service. I initially scheduled a delivery for Wednesday 8th, taking a day off specifically to take delivery and lay the turf per their advice, only to be met with vague excuses and shifting timelines. The haulier hadn't managed to get the turf where it needed to be and I was told they would look into a courier etc. but at the end of the day, they couldn't deliver after stringing me along with excuses from 9 AM. After then being promised an 8 AM delivery on Thursday 9th, which resulted in another morning off, the delivery window was pushed back repeatedly (9:30 AM, then 11 AM, then noon) until I finally insisted on a fresh batch delivered at the weekend. Incredibly, the original, likely dead by this point, turf arrived unannounced on Friday afternoon which I refused. When I managed to speak to a director named Rob, he was dismissive and defensive, even suggesting his own losses outweighed my inconvenience and losses of time off work waiting for deliveries which would never come, and stating he doesn't like to get involved with customer issues and that they would take up too much of his time if he did (clearly a lot of issues). I was offered a partial refund at one point to take Thursday morning delivery but when that never arrived, the discount was pulled too, saying that was only because I was saving them sending a fresh batch out, so I've had no level of compensation for my own losses. Saturday came and by 9 AM again no tracking info so I called the office. Guess what! Delayed again and the haulier has messed up again. Fortunately, the haulier/company (I don't know who paid for this) got the turf onto a courier's van and got it to me by lunchtime on Saturday, so another whole morning spent and lost waiting for deliveries. If I hadn't chased at 9 AM, it would have been another failed delivery. Whilst Chrissie in the office was somewhat helpful, she is clearly hamstrung by poor management and what her directors allow her to do to sort out the company's failings. Chrissie's colleague in the office was dismissive when I spoke to her on the phone. This company operates with a blatant disregard for their customers' time and professional commitments and likes fobbing people off; save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Even follow up emails about prolonged care.

I ordered 8 x 5 varieties of bare rooted hedge plants. They arrived on time, well packaged, with buds and each individual variety labelled. They are doing really well and the buds are beginning to open.
Would recommend this company.

I had been looking for turf through local stores and found that most builders merchants had delivery time of 2 weeks, or had turf rolls sat outside their store on a pallet for what appeared to be days. Read previous reviews and decided to go with online turf. Turf was delivered within a couple of days of ordering. Well packaged and looked a much better quality than I had seen physically locally. Delivery driver was helpful in dropping the pallet exactly where it was needed and close to the area to be turfed. Delivery was mid-morning so plenty of daylight and time to lay the 50m2 of turf I had ordered. Excellent instructions about unpacking and laying and online videos were also helpful (as well as others on YouTube). Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this company and use again.
