Honest & Thorough Reviews
I've been reviewing online casinos since 2004, and, while I try being thorough and honest about the games, UX, and bonus terms, sometimes I want to mail it in towards the end of a 2k-4k word review. For example, I haven't always reached out to customer service in the past, instead just writing about support hours and what contact methods are available.
OUSC has also pushed me to be more thorough by contacting customer support through multiple channels and going through the deposit and withdrawal process (if possible) each and every time. While this process creates more work for me, I'm giving this site a 5/5 for its benefits to the readers in the form of honest and complete reviews.
Regarding the honesty part, the OUSC staff emphasizes that zero promotional language be used, and that I only give real, unfiltered thoughts. If customer support didn't email me back, for example, then I inform the readers about this. If a casino takes forever to verify my account for withdrawals, then I need to write about this negative experience.
