Called and ordered the cirrus brush…
Called and ordered the cirrus brush roll for my vacuum upright. Customer service answered the phone on the third ring. They checked to see if the part was in stock-it was. Placed the order. The part was shipped the next day. Received it 3 days. It was the part I needed. Installed it and the vacuum works great. Thank you.
Avoid...not honest and parts aren't correct.
Searched for a replacement vacuum item number on google, onlinevacshop came up with "the item" in their shopping feed. I clicked on it, and it wasn't the item number I searched for. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that and ordered it, and when I returned it and they charged me a 20% restocking fee...even after I explained to them that it was their misleading shopping feed. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Found this site after searching for Hoover parts.
Found this site after searching for hard to find Hoover vacuum parts. Read the reviews and was a little concerned but took a chance. After 3 days my order was in my mailbox just as I ordered it. Thanks for being there in these tough times.

After I found this OnlineVacshop which contained a Bisseell brush roll I was looking for, I ordered specific order number for my upright vacuum 82G71 a new brush roll replacement. When I received the package and it looked a little different and put it on then tried to start but it caused drive belt ruptured and the part was not correct. I sent an email and made a call but no avail but asked to returned the part which cost me more than eleven dollars to ship back. Why should I pay postage if they sent me the incorrect part ? I received partial refund after asking what they will do when they received it back. No comment but said it will process in a week or two. Lack of communication and avoid further issue with me. Not a good way for a customer service priority.
Like a black hole
I ordered a vacuum switch cover from this place and got an email that said my order was processed. No shipment confirmation. Left a voicemail and email 7 days later requesting a tracking number - got no response. Twelve days later, package shows up from Massachusetts (I live in Georgia), and it's only an 11 ounce first class package. So these people have absolutely no communication and REALLY slow shipping (I have been shipping on Ebay for 17 years - that package should have arrived in 5 -7 days). The only good things I can say: the item is as described and it wasn't damaged.
Don't be sucked in by this company
I tried to call the company before ordering, but the line was always busy. The picture of the hose I needed looked just like the one I have, so I pressed the order button.
Bad mistake, as I tried in vain to contact them. Poor customer service, nobody responds to questions asked via their links on site. Reaching someone by phone is also very difficult. If you make the mistake I did about ordering, you will have a problem getting it straightened out.
I even sent a letter by traditional mail, that was never responded to. It is a shame that customer service is not a priority with this company.
If you must order from this company be sure to know everything, because they won't assist you in any way.
