Great Report Experience
Onlinevinlookup reports are great, I went through them to get a copy of my vehicle’s history, that I had just bought, and I wish I got it before I bought the vehicle but it was still good. The report was detailed with all the information I needed to know about it as to if it was stolen, in a accident the odometer reading at servicing, it’s great it’s filled with information that I wouldn’t even think to look for. It also has a Vehicle inspection check list that you can print off and use when you go to look at the Vehicle you are interested in.
This report was full of all the information that anyone needs to know about the vehicle they want to purchase and the cost is much less than other places, you won’t regret it.

There were 2 surprise charges on card
There were 2 surprise charges on my credit card bill. Upon calling customer service I discovered they were associated with a "free" lookup site (NOT them) who placed charges of $29.95 and $1.00, using them as an intermediary party. The kind, gracious and efficient agent understood and removed the charges. I shall be more cautious from now on.

Took a few min to get but it told a lot to me. The mileage is different than on the dealers web site but I have not seen the unit yet so I will take the report with me. Showed two oil changes and recalls for air bags no accidents . Worth the cost for me and not complicated to use a big plus for the older guys

Selling Car needed report on Car
We are selling our car and I wanted a full report. I received a very complete report, and it was very easy to use while I am checking and reading the report customer service asked if I needed any help. The report even had the service reports, and it said my car had 7 recalls which I did not know. I am so thankful I found Trust Pilot.

The information was very detailed, including recalls that have been issued for the vehicle, an extensive list of features, when it was sold, as well as information relating to any accidents or odometer issues. It did not have a service record, but it's possible that there wasn't much available on this car.
