Excellent experience with this company. I had quite a few questions before and after purchasing from them so there was a lot of back and forth, and the communication was great. Charlotte replied to all my emails promptly and was really helpful. I also had to phone a couple of times, and I always got the help I needed straight away. It's nice to deal with actual, helpful humans these days! And the Mirostone worktop is amazing, so glad I chose it. Thank you

From the start of the process the staff were very helpful. I accidentally ordered a wrong product (adhesive applicator instead of the adhesive itself) and I had a message alerting me to this mistake. Delivery of worktops was unable to be made on the day notified but Howard spoke with me late one evening and promised delivery the following. True to his word he updated me twice in the morning and delivery was made. That’s what you call excellent customer service. Thank you Howard and please thank your staff for excellent service. Everyone I spoke with was so helpful. I would definitely recommend the company.

The company failed to issue my refund over a month after collection and didn’t offer anything to rectify the situation and chose to antagonise me for their error.

I’d advise against using them, as I can forgive an admin mistake. But to not take any responsibility or accountability and to insult the customer is out of order. Happy to provide the email chain

We had tried and failed with many companies to order an upstand to be delivered to the west coast of Scotland and online worktops was the final try. From the start of our enquiry to the delivered product the customer service received from Charlotte was incredible she really did go above and beyond to help us get the product we required. The communication about delivery was excellent and the product was delivered within a few days from placing the order. I am so thankful for all of the help and cannot fault the service. Thank you.

Ordered worktops cut to suit my dimensions, I had great communications throughout the process which was only a couple of weeks. One of the worktops was chipped during delivery and the company went over and above and refrabricated a new piece and sent it overnight delivery as I needed it at the weekend. Great work tops and was cut exactly to my specifications.

Customer service team very unhelpful and extremely rude. Even hung up on me mid sentence telling me they are too busy and I must order online if I want something! Don’t recommend!

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! We ordered our worktops at a 40mm thickness and when they arrived they were 20mm. We didnt realise this until the day the contractor came out and installed them. We also noticed it had a large chip in the length of what was supplied. This is not a large company and they are quite clicky, so any problems you have will not be resolved and will be met by rudeness and disregard. I realised this when i rang customer services. I was greeted by a rude man who seems to always be the one picking up the phone, who basically said i was lying and tried to falsify the invoice, although i also had a copy of the invoice which stated i ordered the 40mm. He also told me i will not get compensated for the damadge as i should have told them within two days of accepting the order. (Not everyone has time to open a huge four metre worth of worktops asap!) He also proceeded to interupt me about four times and i was so taken aback i wrote an email to customer servies. As i said, this company is clicky and will hear no wrong doings of themselves or their company, so my email was totally dismissed; they didnt even reply about their rude employee. I was told i will not get the damadge refunded or any compensation whatsoever albeit 25 measley pounds for the difference in thickness. I should have been refunded about 85 pounds in the difference when vat is added. I am now left with the wrong worktop thickness, out of pocket and extremely offended. On top of that i had to employ the contractor another full day as he has to come back and cut the edging strips to size as they sent 40mm strips to go with what should have been 40mm worktops. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I am a seasoned DIYer but have never used a service where finite measurements and drawings were required for a bespoke installation. The staff were super patient and walked me through the process until we were sorted. Had they not, I would have made several expensive mistakes when ordering! Fabulous customer service - would HIGHLY recommend for trade and non alike.

I ordered some worktops on Sunday 7th April and had an email on Monday with the approx delivery w/c 15th April. My fitter was only available on 14/15th April, after that he wasn't available for four weeks. I rang Online Worktops and explained..."leave it with me" said Howard. He rang back 10 minutes later and said they could deliver the next Wednesday. The driver rang when he was on the way and told me he would be here at 1pm, which he was. Both men carried the worktops into the house. The company are amazing. Many thanks to Howard

What a fantastic service from start to delivery. I recenty needed three acrylic worktops and was told they were in-stock, and at a much reduced price to any other stockist. I telephoned twice, before purchsing online, as I really couldnt believe the saving - I needent have worried, Howard confirmed they were in stock, so I ordered oline on Friday evening, and had a call on the following Monday confirming delivery - and my order arrived at 11am on the Wednesday!
Quick, helpfull and very professional - I would highly recommend. In fact, I'm now looking at some additional items on their site !

Company advertises price match and trade discount and as a trade user was told by Charlotte they would offer neither! Their loss, took my £30k business to buy-kitchen-worktops who take customer service first! Yay

I'd been let down at the last minute by other suppliers for this worktop who once ordered had extended the delivery timeline by 6 weeks. Online worktops checked their availability before accepting the order and offered speedy delivery. The delivery albeit slightly pricey was balanced out by the price of the worktop, and I appreciated that they provided in advance a date and 2 hour time slot for arrival. I would buy from Online Worktops again.

The driver who delivery the worktops phoned and gave plenty of notice of when he’d arrive, he helped carry the worktops off the van and into the garden.
Which he didn’t have to do as a kerb side delivery was stated beforehand.

Really pleased with the service and price would definitely order from online worktops again.

Lovely company. Great communication start to finish. The price was much cheaper than the original supplier and the delivery guy was lovely and delivery was on time.

Had worktops last year. From the start anything placed on them left marks. We wrote to the company and was told to clean all over with Cif. Had already done this plus tried a multi-surface cleaner. Nothing works. Our work surfaces look a disgrace, would never recommend this company.

Brilliant service provided by this company. Small problem with item quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend and use again.
