Thank you for the positive resolution.

I recently experienced a shipping issue with my order, as the original parcel was unfortunately lost in transit. Although this was clearly a logistical problem, Onlinezoo handled the situation in a professional and responsible manner. Customer service responded promptly, remained polite throughout our communication, and ensured that a replacement order was sent. The process was handled calmly and correctly, and I have now received my grooming blades safely. What I particularly appreciated was their willingness to take responsibility and resolve the matter without unnecessary discussion. Mistakes can happen in transport, but how a company handles them makes all the difference. In my experience, Onlinezoo demonstrated reliability and good customer care.

Missing item in €660 order – no responsibility taken

I placed an order worth over €660 from Onlinezoo, including a Heiniger clipper and several accessories. One item – a €30 GogiPet paw scissors – was missing from the delivery.

I reached out to customer service politely and explained the situation. I had unpacked the box carefully, flattened all the cardboard for recycling, and checked everything thoroughly. Despite this, the company insisted the item had been included, based solely on an internal photo from packing. They refused to consider any possibility that the item could have been lost in transit or missed during packing – and closed the case without refund or replacement.

I even pointed to EU consumer rights, which state that the seller is responsible until full delivery is completed – but that was ignored too.

This has never happened to me before with any company. The lack of trust and willingness to find a solution was disappointing.

If you’re ordering from Onlinezoo – especially multiple small items – I strongly recommend filming the unboxing process. The burden of proof is immediately placed on the customer, and you're treated with suspicion if something goes wrong.

Would not recommend, particularly for international buyers.

Delighted with my purchase and the customer service.

Bought a Heiniger saphir kit and used it today on my 4 year old golden cocker Spaniel. I would highly recommend purchasing from online zoo. Completely trustworthy. 5 days shipping to Republic of Ireland and much better value than any other supplier. Just had to buy an adapter for the chareger plug. The clipper itself is outstanding.

Perfect experience ordering dog stroller

I trusted the positive feedback on trustpilot and that's why I came back to give my own feedback. I ordered a dog stroller from onlinezoo.eu. I immediately got a confirmation email. The next day I got a dispatch notification and tracking number. The tracking worked well (product came from Austria) and the product was received within the week. Item as ordered and good quality. Very happy.
PS - Ordering from Austria to Ireland means no customs charges 👍
