30+ days to deliver the product when…
30+ days to deliver the product when they said 3-5(once they have parts is in the fine print)
Would not up shipping speed after the 30 day delay, or offer any other compensation. Wouldn't even say they were sorry for the delay.
When it arrived,
1) no wireless antennas (1 bar connection until I added some)
2) The additional parts included (port covers) were not worth anywhere near what was paid for them (very disappointing) Cheap plastic port covers, Standard HDMI to DVI Adapter from Monoprice.
3) What is the block of clay for?
I will not be ordering again, even if a customer requests one.
At least it works now that it finally arrived.

We understand that there can be a discrepancy between the shipping date of a system and the expected delivery date based on product availability. We apologize that you experienced a longer than expected period between order and delivery. We are currently investigating the unique details of this particular delay and taking steps to avoid them in the future.
In reviewing your order, we did notice that no Wi-Fi antennas had been selected during configuration. Because we offer a variety of antennas, and because some customers choose to install their own antennas when their systems arrive, Wi-Fi antennas are not included by default and must be added to the configuration at the time of purchase.
In reference to the gray block of clay you mentioned, that is a thermal pad that can be used when adding additional components to the system.
We apologize that your experience was less than ideal and we look forward to the opportunity to do better in the future.

Cost Effective Industrial Computer
Computer shipped promptly and was delivered on time. The fit and finish of the computer was very nice and it was easy to install the hard drive. The optional hard drive was a Transcend brand which I am not fond of, but for the price it is fine. Overall I am very satisfied with it so far.

Some issues with payment term, delivery time & responsiveness
Payment term is still "in advance", even though we have been doing business at least 5 years.
Delivery time is somewhat unclear and varies a lot.
Sometimes it is very hard to get answers from the sales team representative.

The product and the service is fine. However, I think we will stop using Logic as customers are seeing the same price on net, and there is no posibility for us to make profit. We even loose money because of the shipping costs.
