I used my i-pad to book this accommodation and it worked fine until I got to the payment page. It then took several attempts until it finally worked. The next day I received an e-mail to say that the payment had failed.

I used a computer to make the payment and it worked fine.

This Trustpilot did not work from my i-pad either.

Perfect apartment location very clean and well equipped everything you need .
The owners is so helpful and friendly couldn’t do enough to help.
Decorate to very high standard .

I have good experience wit your service. But I had also a bad experience with you few years ago wit my reservation in Spain. I missed my partitipation on Valencia Marathon.

Quick service, great choice of apartments in Paris

The price of the apartment is not what they take from your account.
One price is quoted in your home countries currency and stating only a deposit will be paid with the balance due at a later date.
My confirmation came through with the wrong and full balance taken.
Upon calling customer services they informed me that I was lying and no refund would be made with no effort on their part to reconcile the difference.
I feel robbed of my money.

It was easy to book by Only apartments.

This company has been untrustworthy and unhelpful. I would NOT recommend their service to anyone. One would be better off finding a rental directly through an apartment owner or vrbo. I have had major issues with their cancellation policy - the worst part being the meandering miscommunication through their customer service department.

I used this site for the first time and found it very easy to use and the chat exchange quick and helpful.

Easy enough to book using the site, the only downside is I booked this on 8/02/18 and only got the confirmation email today 13/02/18 which was a bit off putting

I used once with Only-apartments and I am very pleased. The service is efficient and solid. And the conditions and prices are very competitive. I recommend it to everyone.

Only remark:
The non refundable full payments are a negative. Even if there is a refund then administration costs are charged. I think people should have more weeks until reservation date free of charge cancellation options.
That is what Booking.com is doing. And actually I almost booked there.
The chosen apartment was not on booking.com, but many are.

We used Only Apartments for our trip to Rome last year and had a wonderful experience. Description of property very true to real life and staff in person and by email very helpful. We have just booked for Lisbon for this year and trust our experience will be equally enjoyable.

The website lures customers with low prices, which turn out to be double as much when it comes to finalizing the reservation.
The cancellation policy is excessively strict - perhaps due to the fact that otherwise everybody would cancel after realizing how prices are inflated along the booking process.
Total lack of transparency, harsh customer service. Never again!

After the management's reply, I did follow up with them, but never heard anything back.
Besides, I am now in the apartment.
The fridge was dirty, there were only a couple of bath towels per person, almost no dish detergent, no detergent for washing machine.
Besides, outside temperatures are chilly in the night, and there is no way of heating the house (The only electric heater is of no use).
All in all, a very bad experience for the price paid.

I have been using only appartments several times in the past years and found the easy and effective in usage. All required information is readily available and booking is done in a few minutes. Really no remarks, therefore the high score.
