I officially placed this order on NOVEMBER 18, 2025. The Customer Service Representative known as "OLIVE" sent me two copy/paste messages several weeks later
—literally—assuring me that they were experiencing delays due to the quantity of parts ordered and that they wanted to be careful about QUALITY.
I should add that they specified that the order preparation lead time was 4-6 weeks... I WAITED 11 WEEKS.
Then Royal Mail lost the package, and Only Games didn't help me find it (even though they, as the sender, are responsible).
Subsequently, they resent the package.
It arrived, and sadly, I noticed that parts were missing, the parts hadn't been cleaned, and they were BROKEN.
I admit that only one person, AFTER 5 MONTHS helped me from the site
(shop3d).
Complete crap.

My order arrived damaged, but as soon as I reported the error a replacement was sent out and arrived soon after.
Stuff can get damaged by mail - the fact that support takes this seriously and responds quickly to it more than makes up for it.

Ordered trench crusade prints mid December 2025. The initial order took a very long time to arrive from the UK > Ireland and when it finally arrived there was multiple botched prints, broken miniatures and even incorrect items sent. Proving to me that there was absolutely zero quality control checks in their process despite the order process in the website claiming such a step exists. When raising the issue with them offered to replace the entire order. But at this stage there has been two attempts returned to sender due to incomplete documentation. After the first failed attempt they claimed the issue was with an incomplete address, which makes zero sense given the original order reached me. I provided the address again and yet it has still failed! Ive requested a full refund as this is easily the worst experience I've ever had with a 3D print studio. Trench Crusade should 100% cease using them to provide official minis and lean into alternative partnerships!
Nonexistent customer service. You have submit a form to try and contact them but they simply never respond, even to multiple queries. Supposedly takes weeks/months to provide products, if they ever come - feels very much like a scam company to me.

I made a purchase through the website back in November. It finally arrived today after 12 weeks. There were a number of parts which had to be reprinted, which was the course of the delay. But it really shouldn't have take 12 weeks.
Over the course of this process, I have been regularly contacting customer services and I kept getting the same or similar response. I don't think there is any proper case management going on, otherwise they would have realised they have already sent the information before to me multiple times.
Ideally the tracker on the website would be more informative and would show which prints are causing the issue. And perhaps fulfilment should have alerted their customer services to say they were having particular difficultly with certain items.
Overall not a great customer experience, I certainly won't be purchasing again

I saw the negative reviews, and tried to cancel my order, but they flat out refused. I'm sure this is standard policy since I put in the cancellation request after the shipping label had been made, but it took them over a week to even begin the shipping process, and I had to reach out to them to even get the ball rolling so I could view the tracking status. I tried to cancel the order because I placed another one with an independent printer, and I'm glad I did.
Both orders arrived basically at the same time, one being placed a week later and with a printer that's further away from the US Only Games facility.
Both orders arrived, and the independent printer gave me great quality products at a better price point. Only Games gave me a box with barely any distinguishing marks or tags that would even remotely let me know where/who it came from. The only things that identified it were the models inside and a sticker on top which said "3D Games Shop" or something like that. No where on the packaging did it even say Only Games. Not a big deal, but worth noting. However, while most of the models were of decent quality, I found a broken model, and multiple misprints; one model's gun was missing a barrel and another one was missing half of it's head, and those are just two examples.
I would request a refund, but I already got my answer for that question. And I would ask for replacement parts, but I've already ordered the same models from sadly smaller yet more professional printers, and honestly I'm tired of waiting, especially since it took them forever to even figure out the first order.
I'm only giving this a two star rating because most of the models were fine, but with the broken pieces, outrageous misprints, and the sorry excuse for a shipping process, you would be better off giving your business to a different commercial printing company or individual printer. I really wanted to give a different kind of review today, but Only Games needs to reevaluate their policies, manufacturing process, and shipping process. 2 stars out of 5. If an Only Games customer service rep is reading this and is typing out a response to make themselves look good, or to discredit anything I'm saying, don't even bother, you're wasting your time. I'm just going to clown you in a response.

I'm not happy with the quality of the minis I received. There are multiple supports still present, not removed. Where the supports were removed, the minis are damaged on multiple places. This does not look like the product photo at all. For the price I would have expected way better quality, similar to mini's bought in a store (made with molds) instead of badly cleaned 3D printed ones.
I contacted support about this, after which they sent new ones, but they have the exact same issue.

I got the Beast order on KS. This was a large amount of models, the entire current TC range. Most of them turned out perfect, the few issues or misprints I had were taken care of very quickly and I received replacements with no issues. Overall very happy with the miniatures and looking forward to playing with them for years to come!

I backed the Trench Crusade Kickstarter at its highest level, and Only Games was the company contracted out to produce the physical rewards. The initial fulfilment had issues, some items missing, some broken and some suffered print errors or were not fully cured.
However, when I brought these issues up to the Only Games customer service representative assigned to the project, Olive, they fixed absolutely everything. I received replacements for every item, in perfect shape and at no extra charge. Olive is a fantastic customer service representative and made what could have been a long and annoying process painless and easy.

Overall, I had a great experience with them! I received both the Trenrch Crusade Kickstarter (both New Antioch and Black Grail factions) as well as the Torquemada’s Inquisition kickstarter models. The vast majority arrived intact with minimal amounts of cleanup needed. A few of the polearms and swords got bent but were easy enough to readjust. While I was missing a few models from my Inquisition order, their customer service rep was phenomenal and was able to get me all my missing pieces very quickly. I even ended up with extra, which is always nice. While I have heard of some more negative experiences online, I’ve had nothing but great derive from them. Would recommend.

Truthfully, I am writing a review purely for customer service. The lady for the Trench Crusade Kickstarter has been incredibly helpful and fast throughout the entirety of the waiting process. My original order came half-baked (missing a little under half the models, I would say). I listed the models gave them to support and received them a few months later also messed up the reason my review is good is that my support agent offered to go to their office and insure my orders quality that is going above and beyond if I’ve ever seen it and quite honestly without Fitani (their discord tag) I would’ve been seeking someway to get a refund

Very happy with the products I received and my experience with customer service. Book is pristine and minis look great after a little clean up. I was initially missing a few from my warband but got sent replacements after a single message sent to Fitani on Discord, they even added bonus minis in my package! Didn't expect it to go so smoothly honestly. I guess the only negative part of my experience was not knowing who to ask at first, had to go on Reddit to find that Discord was the best place to get my issue fixed, but that's it.

Amazing customer support! Some of the ordered minis came misprinted but the customer support quickly organized the replacements. Ultimately all the prints came perfect, even with the smallest details clearly visible.

Only-games s a pure scam company. Stay away as far as humanly possible.
After months of delays I got a 250€ shipment of badly cleaned up minis, some of which were warped. The customer service informed me that they did not offer refunds but another replacement shipment.
That shipment arrived weeks later with the same issues. Then they offered my a refund that still didn't arrive. I'm now one over one year after I bought the minis with no minis an no money. Their entire legal process is delay delay delay so people can't use the paypal chargeback.
Stay away and get your minis of etsy. The dealsers there are far more reliable and deliver better work.
Shame I can't rate lower than 1 star.

I have seen a lot of miniatures in my days, some even printed at home by "a random guy with a 3D printer and a special interest". And even those were not as low quality as the ones that were delivered at my door. I was sent two right arms for the same model, there were sprues everywhere and the resin was still tacky and super uneven.
After I reached costumer service to ask for a refund I was offered a replacement instead, even tho I said I had already paid a lot of money in custom fees and wasn't keen on paying more for the "replacement".
I was assured that I wouldn't be paying any custom fees since this was going to be a reprint of the same order.
Then I waited...
The parcel arrived and I was notified that I will indeed need to pay an extra to have my, hopefuly not messed up, reprint.
I was offered a gift card to cover for the custom fees for the second parcel but what am I supposed to do with it? Buy more models after this bad experience? No thank you.
At this rate I should just get a printer myself and with zero experience I'd think I could do a better job.
Please people don't buy from them.
Go support your local nerd with a 3D Printer, STL files and a will to help you out.
