I won a large amount and had to go through verification like usual. It said my account was verified but I still couldn’t withdraw because the game provider had to investigate my gaming activity like I’m some sort of computer hacker. They couldn’t believe that a player got lucky and had a big win. 4 days later they said I was verified but my withdrawal limits have been lowered from their usual low limits. It basically says in their terms and conditions that they can do whatever they want, whenever they want and there’s nothing you can do about it. I was able to withdraw just over $5000 in 3 days and was told I would have to wait another 6 days to withdraw more. Based on the limits they set it would have taken me 2 months to withdraw $35k. Knowing how I am I wanted to withdraw everything so I wasn’t tempted to keep playing. They will delay everything and lower your limits in hopes that you lose everything before you can cash out. So if you’re looking to win big and have a hard time withdrawing your winnings then this casino is for you. Worst casino experience ever!!
