Ordered a cam870 online but decided to visit the store in person to collect it. Polite and helpful staff and were happy to chat and answer my questions. Great store!

Nasty people working there. I placed an order because it said everything was in stock, and they promised next-day dispatch. After a couple of days, I saw on their site that my order was still processing, so I tried to contact them via Facebook and email. As I didn't get an answer I asked PayPal to get involved. The next day, I got an email from the shop that my parcel had been sent out with a " default tracking number". I emailed them to ask what the " default tracking number" is. And got a response that my order has been cancelled and refunded and they blamed me that I am trying to get a refund and a parcel. Waiting for a refund now...

Ordered a BB gun & accessories on the 19th & recieved package on the 22nd recieved e-mails updating me on my order thankyou my son loved it will be ordering again soon!

I'm not actually a customer of the business however, I did have some enquiries therefore I emailed their support, not expecting an answer. However, they replied to my email and answered all my questions! Excellent (customer) support and service

Received an item that is faulty. No response from any emails I sent. Wish I'd read the reviews on here first. ☹️

Brought a couple of BB guns from these people, but upon the return of them, due to poor condition, the sellers have completely blanked me. Their actions are completely illegal and as such, provide me with grounds to take legal action against them. I have reported them to trading standards and will be taking this matter further. I would not buy anything from these people as they are frauds.

I brought a galaxy g15 and I was a bit worried buying from here cause the reviews were mixed but I took the risk and I’m glad I did everything came in good condition expect from some paint issues but that doesn’t bother me that much recommend

I paid £160 for a boneyard Scar L, next day they phoned me to check details and told me it would be sent that afternoon. After 4 days I started to attempt to get tracking details from them with no luck. Long story short, over 13 days I was told 4 times that it was being sent that day, the only time they seemed intrested in helping me with the item I had already paid for was when I told paypal to cancel the order as it hadn't been sent. Then they phoned me within an hour to say it was boxed and ready to be shipped. This was 13 days after I paid for it. Took the refund and got a nice AK from Patrol Base instead, gun was with me in 3 days. I will never use this site again.

Perfect quality, bought a blue bb pistol for only £11.99, works really well, very powerful! Only took 2-3 days to arrive! Shipping is reasonable. Good selection, best uk BB gun website.

Absalout garbage. Wouldn't recommend or even bother . I ordered a BB gun for my son. At checkout it recommended an attachment that holds more bullets. When I received my order the attachment is too big and the gun broke on first use . Have a child who's waited for this as he bought it out of his own money and is very disappointed

Taking this company to trading standards. Substandard and missing items. Owner not interested in it being defective

Ordered over a week ago received invoice and payment taken however goods have not arrived. Emailed and called but no response and phone just rings out!!
Extremely disappointed and very sad with the situation!
It’s a lot of money to loose for nothing!

Gun broke after taking out the box, they sent a replacement weeks later, the replacement is all marked and scored with no accessories

I had a problem with the TT33 pistol I brought for Christmas it took me a while to get through to them by telephone but when I did the man was very helpful and is going to replace it free of charge and to save me having to pay shipping costs he told me not to worry about sending the faulty one back

Came in and and was served by josh I would just like to say one of the best customer services I’ve encountered ever !! The guys knowledge was impeccable if there was an option for 10 stars, I would’ve gladly gave that and I would highly recommend buying from this company.. don’t waste your time or money with other companies. Only BB guns is the place to go believe me you will not be disappointed . One extremely happy customer thank you
