SCAM
I ordered a pair of earings which I never received. I got in contact with their customer service email and I never got a response. No updates on shipping or status of the order. I have opened a claim through paypal. This is not a trusted seller. Stay away from them.

Took about 4 weeks to arrive.The necklace itself doesn’t look nice and can hardly see the picture. Very disappointed

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING COMPANY!! Got my mum a bracelet with my Nanny who passed away 7 years ago. I was very nervous due to picture being big and blurry. OnlyBeautous was able to minimise this picture and make it so clear. I’m so thankful! you made my mums Christmas . Highly recommend

Overall, my item was perfect it was right for the money, my mum will love it for christmas. The only thing was it took around 3 weeks to come and originally I did feel like it was a scam. When I finally got a link to show exactly where my item was whilst it was shipping I felt a bit more trustworthy. It came before christmas and thats all what matters.

I had full communication with the company I had no struggle believing it would turn up. When I emailed them about delivery they informed me of there policy and helped me out. I’m giving it to my mum for Christmas and I’m in absolute love. Made me cry because of how beautiful it was and how it was well done. Thank you so much xx

When it arrived I was very pleased to see that it had arrived and that it was perfect and was exlactly like the ads that I saw mum was pleased brilliant product but took a while to get here although did only pay for standard slow delivery which is just abt two weeks after ordering thanks guys 🙌👍

Like many others it seems, we never received product or money back. Fake messages saying customer refused delivery at door. My daughter ordered me a Mother’s Day gift in MARCH with her paper round money. £26. Constantly being told they’d resend another or refund and then all communication stopped. I have advised that I’ve made a complaint to UKICC and I’m now proceeding to the small claims court regardless of the cost, on principal. This is a man trading address in Doncaster but international number which doesn’t work when called despite the 24 hour chat claim online. Upset a 14 year old trying to do something independently with own wages for Mother’s Day. Steer clear of this one man band taking people’s money.

When I ordered, I selected the wrong image , I reached out and they were very quick and happy to fix my mistake, tracking was great and accurate and when I received my order it was perfect and I was very happy with it :)

At first I was slightly annoyed because I didn’t get it in time for Mother’s Day but I understood they were quite busy at the time(it took about 3 weeks) but when it did come my mum really liked it a still wears it every day over a month later so overall if it didn’t take as long I would give it 5 stars but just with the delivery time I think that took a point off

it really is beautiful and honestly worth every penny

I bought a necklace for my mother for Mother’s day and it’s beautiful. I ordered it on the 12th of March and it arrived on the 29th, a little late for Mother’s day, but I can’t complain at all! It’s a lovely necklace and the picture inside printed so well. The communication I had with the company was pretty good, some messages were left unanswered but they did get in contact with me after a while. I love this necklace and my mother does too!

The bracelet was everything we expected and more.
