I’ve used OnlyDomains for years and the support quality has collapsed. I opened a support request 25 days ago to transfer a domain. I followed up three times. I received two replies that completely misread the issue. Support sent me an auth code multiple times even though the problem had nothing to do with auth codes. The actual blocker was DNSSEC being enabled on the registrar side. Cloudflare rejects transfers when the DS record is still present. I spelled this out in detail. Support ignored it.
The new “support” system is an AI front end that says it will create a ticket, and it does, but no one with technical competence appears to read it. The result is canned, generic responses that don’t resolve anything. In my case the domain is stuck, the transfer is stalled, and the registrar is still sending me automated renewal warnings while doing nothing to fix the transfer issue.
I don’t recommend using OnlyDomains for anything that requires competent human support. Competent support seems to have been replaced by an intake bot and template emails.

Raised my renewal a week before and fully paid. Status is still pending where cerificate will expire tomorrow. Unable to reach out to team. Chat is only bot. No human. No number to contact. Time to start looking for other provider.

It's been almost a month since I purchased the domain langcom.com.au from onlydomains.com, and it hasn't been activated, nor have I received the refund I asked for because of the long delay in activating it.
I've written to them via chat and email, but I've received nothing but an automated, useless reply that doesn't provide any help.

So far so good. At first I found getting replies taking a long time because of email, but once I stuck it out and waited for a live chat, someone named Maria was very helpful and sorted out my payment issues for me. Took my almost an hour going back and forwards. I'm happy to report it's all done now. Let's see how things go with OnlyDomains long term. I'm optimistic as I was recommended them by someone I trust.

they replied me one day later asking what my domain is???!!!! it is clearly showing on the message ?? are you blind? and after that they disappeared again. and ignoring my messages.
useless company!! so annoying.
even their response to this review is done by AI.
i am completely speechless... i already reported to auDA and auDA resolved issue for me. if someone have any issue just go to auDA directly. dont waste your time on contacting this people.

I have a few domains with onlydomains reducing them down as and when some are not required anymore. The service has become more automated and the hours of contact on live chat is limited and AI driven which is annoying. However I could leave my email and a human get back to me which they did.

Outgoing mail issue remains unresolved, and no emails are being sent from our server in the past one week. How much longer are we expected to wait? The technical support has been extremely slow, and they seem to be taking their own time to address this issue. It is becoming very difficult to depend on and operate an email hosting service under these conditions.
