Very disappointed with the service. I lost a domain I had for 5 years because the provider deleted it from the registry even though it wasn’t expired. No clear explanation, no support, and no solution offered. Completely unacceptable experience.

The service has been deplorable. When I signed up for hosting there was an error system side that failed my payment. I sent multiple support tickets with minimal response. When they finally came back to me to confirm the hosting was available, I went to log on and it failed. Clearly a setup/config issue. The chat is useless as I can not get past it to talk to a human. 6 days on and I still don't have access. (stratexvirtual.com). This is holding up vital work.

I bought domains with OD for over 10 years now and my latest experience has been bad as it's been 1 month and a half I paid for my domain and it still shows "In Progress". It's an important domain and support hasn't been helpful either.

I’ve been trying to transfer my domain for months, but they have repeatedly refused to provide the transfer-out (EPP) code.

I recently instructed to transfer my domain robincarter.com to Only Domains. This has taken place but I no longer have access to my email. I was sent an email instructing me to verify my domain prior to my email access stopping. I've tried to log into my only domains dashboard but need to authenticate myself. I can't do this as I don't have access to my emails. I keep being told to 'verify' myself which confirms that the two agents I've spoken to are not listening to me. So far, my communication with only domains is asinine.

I see other people say the support is good. Maybe there is a bug in the chat as requested are haphazard in being escalated. I have resorted to email as have been waiting a week for a response. Luckily its not a critical domain and email.

We've been trying to migrate a domain because a business sold for a week and still cannot get hold of anyone at Only Domains to explain why it's being blocked at their end. The auth code is correct, it's not in domain lock, it's not on hold. There is no reason for it not to transfer.
I see you've responded to my negative review, but you're phone lines say to raise a support ticket and you don't respond to those or to emails... Really?

Quite Disappointing of getting your business emails suspended for weeks thought the payment is done and raising a good number of tickers without any feedback or progress.

When renewal was due, their payment page was unable to accept any kind of payment method offered, I tried every single one and they were all unable to be processed, I also used a friend's card (with their permission) and it still didn't work. After exhausting all my options, I created a support ticket. This went unanswered so I contacted them again. And again. And again. And again. They deleted my account with all my associated business emails and it was only then, that they deigned to respond to me. According to someone called Shiva, they are unable to restore them. Every email my company had received over this past year has been lost, and although I've attempted on numerous occasions to switch domains to get away from them, somehow, somewhere deep in the DNS settings there is some kind of issue that ensures it can't be transferred. My business is basically being held hostage by this Incompetently run website, absolutely DO NOT USE.

Non-existent customer support. I have been trying to get in touch regarding an urgent matter, no "human" is ever available on live chat, it's been 5 working days since I've lodged a support ticket and still no response. I receive an email just now asking me to "rate the support I received"? What support??
Absolutely shocking and unacceptable response times for any service. I would avoid at any cost.

I would give 0 stars if I could. OnlyDomains has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I paid for a domain renewal, and after more than 8 days, my domain is still down. I’ve sent multiple emails and received no response at all. This is completely unacceptable for a domain registrar. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to lose access to your domain and get ignored by support.
