What if your supervisor is stupid? By the way, you didn't reply on my old meaaage, tell me and tell the people, is your policy to steal money from the clients? We pay for a specific content and get something different, is the your policy? Can't acces to my account

I've made an account less than a month ago and today I cannout acces.
The screen web page get freeze with the Onlyfans logo and I cannot do anything. I want to dissuscribe to some channel, but I cannot enter the web!
And the same as the rest of users, there are scam girls that tells you something they bring, but its a lie! Onlyfans answered saying they are not making anything wrong. Fake company!

They support fraud

11/30/24:
I am finally done with Onlyfan’s. They will not try their best to resolve disputes. I have been on here for four years with no complaints and have spent $$$$. It’s a shame they lost a customer today.

Two creators violated Onlyfan’s policy selling fraudulent content. I mentioned to support what policy they broke, arrogantly only kept profits in mind and fraudulently made me feel as if I’m in the wrong when I am in the right. So just like anyone else you need to fight for your rights. Just know if your support representative rhymes with “even” he will treat you very poorly.

I warn you to stay away from this site.

This is more so the model than the platform. I contacted the content creator viva messenger and ask did she sell content, at this point I had already paid for the subscription and tipped 20 bucks to get exclusive content which was stated in her welcome message. This creator is pretty popular and I follow her on multiple platforms YouTube, instagram etc. I was fully aware I wouldn’t get anything to wild because of who she is but figured I’d show so love because I follow her elsewhere. Long story short she gets back to me and tells me 80$ she got me! So I’m like 80$ well what do I get for that she didn’t respond, so I’m like ok whatever I’ll send 80$ because it’s not a dent in my wallet, plus I was trying to show support to the creator. I forgot to mention she asked me would I like a video I said sure why not this is before she stated it would cost 80$. She sends me a picture not a video of her topless with just her top half showing but her boobs where covered for the most part with her arms you could see a little bit of her chest but not much. So I’m like ok I thought there was a video how much for that she said another 80$, so I said 80 for and picture and then another 80 for a video? It was getting late so I went to bed she wasn’t responding anyway to my messages, I wake up the next morning logged on to see if she responded nope but now the picture is removed. So I messaged her the photo you sent is no longer available? No response. So I went about my day and later on that night hit her back up because it didn’t sit right with me. I stated that the photo that I paid 80$ for is no longer available is there a reason why? She didn’t respond back to me until the very next day and said oh well nude content I don’t keep up long I took it down sorry 😢. So I said that was a nude? I didn’t even have access to the photo for 24 hours and I spent 80$.The photo I got from the welcome message was still there because it was just her in a thong nothing special, but the picture that was supposed to be a video was gone. She never responded back so at that point I knew what time she was on. Just be careful with these content creators they can be misleading. @Laurenalicelove

They let creators get away with…

They let creators get away with anything. Been caught out numerous times with misleading content descriptions or not delivering what was agreed, and support never find anything wrong in their investigations.
Paid for content from one creator and they kept delaying, it’s be ready soon etc.went to support and their response was just sorry over x time since payment nothing they can do about it, and the same creator continues advertising the same content even now.

Edit - Onlyfans response below just shows the poor level of support for consumers, contacting the creator won’t do anything when they’re the ones not delivering, it’s just letting them take the money and get away with a light slap of the wrists. It should the consumers like me who get refunded for these kind of issues, that’s the only way to get creators to get the message.

I have been on only fans for two months. I have enjoyed it greatly, but all of a sudden is asking me for facial recognition. I am 53 years old. I am heavily tattooed. My face is tattooed and the facial recognition won’t recognize me. I sent a trouble ticket into only fans they suggested That I get concealer and make up to cover my tattoos and retry again I spent $50 on makeup I covered all my tattoos and the facial recognition still won’t work I live on disability. I just wasted $50. I don’t have for facial recognition that they suggested and it still won’t work. I don’t want to lose my account that I already have and acquired all the stuff on after two months, but I don’t know what else to do. I am very unhappy. I sent another trouble ticket in. My only option is maybe to create another account, which I don’t want to do like I said there has to be another way because facial recognition doesn’t work for me. Customer Service just sends canned replies, doesn't even look into issues

Recently received a message from a model claiming to fulfill a request I'd made, but found it was just a video of her standing there. Despite this being a clear violation of OF TOS Acceptable use policy point 8 reagrding misleading I have received no explaination or assistance in this matter even after my access to the message was removed.

Update: Support sent canned message then refused to response further. You can see from the response on here to any poor review

OnlyFans Should Be Ashamed

Someone on X is sharing videos of other young women (teens) and he's advertising his OnlyFans link trying to make money from other people's content. He clearly does NOT have their consent to be sharing their videos around social media websites, especially trying to make money from THEIR content.

I reported this to OnlyFans a few weeks ago, and I have not heard anything, and the profile still remains active.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. They're clearly only interested in one thing...........money.

REPLY: This is absolutely NOT the truth. I just checked, and the account is still showing [9 posts, 24 media]. This is the exact same numbers as when I reported the account, so nothing has been removed.

Scam Alert: OnlyFans Blocked My Account and Stole $180!

I registered on OnlyFans for the first time because I was interested in a particular model. I decided to order a custom video from her for $180. A couple of hours later, my account got blocked, and the model didn’t even have time to make the video. I assume the block happened because I deposited a large amount at once. I filed an appeal—no response. I even reached out to them on Twitter—completely ignored. In the end, it feels like OnlyFans literally stole my money. Stay away from this scam platform!

I’m so disappointed, I’m in shock! It seems like a big, well-known site, but in reality, it’s just scammers who can block you without explanation and leave you without your money.
UPDATE:
I got banned for violating some rules, but which ones? They refuse to answer and are ignoring me, they just stole my money. It's better to use Fansly, I didn't have any problems there. Also the website also works poorly and takes a long time to load.
