Customers support their content creators but their content creators are scammers.

My problem is fine these content creators are scammers. There are a lot of terrible people out there.

My issue is with how OnlyFans deals with it.

I provided screen shots of how I was scammed and OnlyFans takes the side of the creators even when they are 100% wrong.

Wait until they face a class action lawsuit.

I made a request on one of the creators on onlyfans , a rather famous ex pornstar, she send me something to unlock saying that it was what I paid for , I paid to unlock it and it was something else. I asked for either a refund or delivery, I got neither, I made a report on the onlyfans support, I wrote them I had screenshots of the whole encounter, proving that I was totally scammed by her , and the answer was "we are sorry that you didn't got what you paid for" , they took zero action, and I lost my money. Don't waste your money to these unprofessional scammers....
Update: as you can see by their reply, they still refuse to accept the scam and do something about it , so truly , stay away from this site

My experience with OnlyFans has been very disappointing. The main issue is that many creators act dishonestly – they promise one thing but deliver something completely different. It feels misleading and unfair.

the site says it is 100% empty. We get there, only to find out it is full. A waste of time and gas for a maximum of 50 units. Maybe you need to empty them more often. Putting one in every grocery store would help.

100% scam. DO NOT GIVE THIS SITE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. They will run the card without authorization and never refund anything even if you can prove it was not authorized. I was traveling recently and was charged on two occasions without my knowledge for things I never agreed to. When I deleted the remaining funds from my debit card they waited until a new check was deposited was in my account and grabbed more money within minutes. I've removed my cards so hopefully they can't steal anything further.

Besides, the site must enforce stringent content monitoring to safeguard young users from being lured into such behaviors.

We must urge OnlyFans and similar platforms to adhere to ethical standards by implementing robust policies to prevent the harmful exposure of young people. I am M and I had a verified OF account. My partner F tried to verify. She selected Germany as the country, tried with residence permit and Ukraine ID and passport. Fansly and Fanvue verified her without a problem. OF rejected all the time. We wrote to the support asking for help. My partner banned - Age or identity cannot be verified, ToS violation. We didn't violate ToS! It's your system and moderation doesn't work. Fansly and Fanvue verified us with the same documents. I wrote from my account asking for my partner - banned too. ToS violation - they don't even point to the place in ToS. Is writing to support always leads to ban and this is in ToS? Ridiculous. We sent to the support all docs scans and selfies with docs - they didn't even look.

I subscribed to OnlyFans under the impression that I was interacting directly with creators. In reality, many accounts are run by agencies or impersonators, something OnlyFans does not make transparent. This is fraudulent inducement — I purchased content based on false pretenses.

When I raised the issue and provided evidence, OnlyFans terminated my account instead of addressing the misconduct. I was also completely locked out after starting a chargeback — unlike in the past, when they allowed me to log in and settle.

Tried to be a creater but maintening my privacy, but they always reject it. After sending ID, selfies, connecting social networks, they insisted on more photos of my face. A true scam! Don't waste your time.

I was trying to pass verification on OF as a Creator. Since I live in Germany, I have selected this country as it was logical, to pay taxes. I tried to verify with German residence permit, as my partner (M) did as well. Verification was rejected. Than I tried with my Ukrainian Passport and ID. It was rejected. I wrote to support, asking to help with the verification. And they have banned my account and my documents! I cannot verify from another account. The reason they say is ToS violation - Age or identity cannot be verified. But this is their system doesn't accept me! I asked support to change my country to Ukraine and try again. Rejected all the time. My partner asked them for me, from his verified account, and they banned him too! This is just crazy. Banned for asking to help with the verification. Unbelievable. We passed verification easily on Fansly and Fanvue and we won't use OF. Don't! They are crazy. Upd: they again answered we have violated ToS, but we didn't!

This company is interested only in making money as quickly as possible. They are profit driven and have the worst customer "service". I have ever encountered. When you confront their underhanded business practices their response is to delete your account. If you considering OF--don't walk away--run.

Onlyfans is a trap and scam. You never get what you are promised most pages are total scam. They dont have content which they mention. Also most creators hire chatters so you aren't even chatting with them. I have raised a final complaint. Let's see what resolution I get. If I dont im fine. I bought 2 videos on the 13th of July and the content that was promised in the videos was nowhere to be found. The creator played dumb when I confronted about her and she tried to sell me the actual video for even more money.

Contacted Support and they simply said that there was no violation of their terms and conditions, which is absolutely ridiculous as it was evident from my chat with the creator that she mislead me.

Onlyfans is a total scam. Their creators never provide what you pay for and there's no way to get your money back. I bought a ppv bundle from Mikayla Demaiter, the biggest scammer of them all, asked a series of question what the bundle contains and turned out every answer I got from Mikayla was a complete lie. Reported it to OF support and they said that they didn't note any violation of their policy of use.
It's just shocking that a company like that still exists. Look at the amount of negative comments here.

Complete and utter non existent customer service or support. I am trying to sign up to OF as a creator. Not only is OF refusing to verify me, they are actively denying it. I do not use social media, and in their Terms of Service it is NOT written, that Social Media HAS to be active, just that you have to have it. So I created an Account on "X" just for the sake of it. But it is not enough. OnlyFans states, they need to proof my identity. WHAT IS UPLOADING THE PASSPORT THEN FOR???. I won't EVER use social media in this sense or let alone, make my identity public. Fansly and Pornhub do NOT have that problem and the payout works also flawlessly. I have passed the matter of OnlyFans on to the UK's Regulator Ofcom two days ago and passed all emails on to my legal team as well for legal action, as this is entirely arbitrary, and discriminatory practice.

The instructions provided from Support are: 1.) Use Social Media to verify it belongs to you. (So I am forced now to use Social Media) 2.) Giving them a real name Facebook Profile (I don't use Facebook) 3.) Using a different Profile Picture for OF, when it is LITERALLY just my Logo literally indicating what I do. Honestly, I am glad Fansly and Pornhub do not have these issues. Their Customer Support is much better and there process is also not discriminatory and arbitrary like OF's process is. My advice to everyone, don't use OF. Make your life easier and stick to Fansly or Pornhub.

No response from OnlyFans Support – just want to start fresh

I have contacted OnlyFans Support multiple times regarding my banned account (@snowiceyy23), and I have not received any reply. I sent them emails, reached out on Twitter, and waited patiently, but still nothing.

I am not asking to restore the banned account. I just want to be allowed to create a new account and work again. This is really important to me.

Please check your support emails and allow us a chance to get a response. It’s very unfair to be ignored with no explanation. 🫥

Given the current circumstances, I would advise individuals to explore free porn sites, which have significantly improved in content quality. Unlike OnlyFans, where free previews are nonexistent, and there's no clear indication of explicit content percentages before purchase, free alternatives often provide a more reliable experience.
If OnlyFans were to implement features allowing for content filtering—such as rating the percentage of naked, semi-naked, and dressed content—it would likely see a resurgence in subscriptions and user satisfaction. This transparency would prevent the current widespread disappointment and combat creators who take advantage of the platform's shortcomings.

You never get what you pay for. These creators friend each other on Onlyfans and have their angenices linked on their social media so you can spot them easily.

For better alternatives I recommend mym.fans, each creator has a large media-on-demand gallery that shows a blurred preview and you can see how long the videos are, which is a huge plus. also, videos load faster and don't crash as often as on Onlyfans. And they have more payment options than just cc.

PS. I expect Onlyfans will comment on this review asking to contact support directly to resolve any issues I may have. Don't bother. I'd much rather you told me what kind of changes have been implemented in the recent years when the negative comments started piling on. I'm not seeing any. On the customer end, regarding custmers' experience side, the platform looks exactly the same since day one.
