Fantastic card

We understand that it is disappointing when there is a change in your credit card’s interest rate. Changes to your APR occur because we regularly review our pricing to make sure it reflects current market conditions and the overall cost of providing credit.

We make sure to provide at least 60-days’ notice before the change takes effect, where you have the option to opt out of the change. When opting out, your card will be frozen from further spending, but you will be able to take as long as you need to pay down any remaining balance at your card’s current rate.

What a joke

What a joke ? I honestly cannot believe this situation. My card stopped working over the weekend, and there was no customer service available to help. When I finally managed to speak to someone on Monday, they couldn’t even provide a reason why my card had stopped working.

To make matters worse, I was told it will take 10 working days just to investigate the issue. This is completely unacceptable. A payment card is an essential service, and leaving a customer without access to their money for this long shows a serious lack of customer care and urgency.

The level of service I’ve received has been extremely disappointing. Situations like this are resolved much faster elsewhere, yet here I am left without answers or support.
