As a chronic UTI sufferer, I was having to take antibiotics regularly over ten years to treat them. Having a product that has helped me come off antibiotics is a game-changer. For me, the stand out ingredient is D-Mannose and everything else is an added bonus to help prevention.

I saw it advertised on a podcast, ordered it straight away and it arrived very quickly!
Overall I was pleased with the product.
It did go hard before I was able to actually use all of it. Although, I did store it in a cool dry place as described

When I did use the product, I wasn’t very keen on the taste. Really had to force it down. However, I was willing to do so as it did seemed to stop a possible UTI developing.

I would use again if I could rely on the product not going hard, as this made it difficult to dissolve in water

Amazing experience. Customer service so friendly and helpful - gave me great tips on when to take to avoid urinary infections. It worked a treat! Will buy again.

Such an amazing product!! I’ve never suffered from chronic UTIs, but I do get them once or twice a year especially after sex. It’s so reassuring to have something I can take daily, or as needed, that gives me peace of mind knowing I’m less likely to get a UTI. Taking Tract Tonic before and after sex has made such a difference for me, and it’s also taken away a lot of the anxiety I used to feel around sex. This product is honestly life-changing. Thank you!

Discovering onoma health has been a life changer for me. After suffering with constant kidney infections and water infections I am left with the most uncomfortable bladder sensation with symptoms I battle with daily. I very rarely write reviews for things, but I have to for this. I’ve struggled for 2 years with recurring UTIs and literally nothing I did would stop them from coming back.

After trying this, I noticed a difference within days (I literally was in shock) It’s the first thing that’s actually worked and has actually made the systems go away

I was skeptical because nothing has worked for the years of torture (I wish I was being dramatic!) Of constant UTIs that came on with, and without triggers. I honestly thought it would be another trial and fail but it wasn't! I have finally found something that as soon as I feel a niggle and take it its gone very soon. Even when I did get one (when away for the night with a glass or two of wine) When I did get home I thought i was in for a day of pain, hot water bottles and sleeping it off but after taking this within an hour it was pretty much gone.

This has honestly helped me so much and helped with the anxiety of when the next flare up will be. If you're thinking of trying it I would say go for it. Hopefully it will help you out as much as it did for me.

I’ve had UTIs for decades, every time after intercourse, sometimes even after drinking alcohol. I’ve seen urologists in multiple countries and tried everything: operations, the new vaccine, you name it. Nothing ever worked and I basically lived on antibiotics.

I honestly didn’t think Onoma would do anything, but figured I had nothing to lose. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but it actually works. I take half a teaspoon every day, and a bit more if my chances are higher. I haven’t had a single UTI since. It’s honestly incredible and completely life changing. I’ve suffered from interstitial cystitis for over 18yrs and while nothing can cure it (hyaluronic acid injections and acupuncture help though!) I have found that consistently taking mannose and electrolytes helps manage the symptoms.
I have tried many over the years but the Sonoma solution is by far one of the most effective, so I highly recommend if you are struggling with chronic bladder pain

I have both flavours - I’m obsessed with the flavour and even if it wasn’t preventing UTIs I’d reach for it as a drink, it’s actually prevented me from having UTIs (or in the instance when I think one’s coming on, I’ll drink Onoma). Very impressed. As a nutritionist I’m always looking for good supplements as so many women suffer with UTIs. This one is fantastic as it contains both d-mannose and cranberry (compounds I often recommend) plus encourages good hydration. Love it
