Good but EDD verification takes a lag eventhough we give our documents right. Worthy to have full dex control eventhough the network fee doesn't fits like P2P on CEX .

FRAUD BY ONRAMP.MONEY!
Extremely disappointed with Onramp.money. My transaction has been stuck on "Finding Payment" for hours, even though money was instantly deducted from my bank account via UPI. When I raised a ticket, they generated a standard automated reply telling me to wait 24 hours. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable when dealing with live financial assets. The automated system is broken and customer support is completely dead on weekends. This feels like a scam!
Please look into this immediately and release my funds manually in a hour

I have made mistakes during the sell order that's why my payment got delayed. but the buy order was delayed due to some technical issue and they have been resolved within 72 hours. Still I am thankfull to onramp for resolving my case within 72 hours.
Review:
To be honest I have not found anything as simple as Onramp for Crypto to Fiat conversion in India. if they resolve the customer care issue. Like the only way to contact support is via the ticket process that is a old method. they should provide Chat support/Call support because in Financial Cases the money is urgent. Some may need urgent conversion for some urgent reason and if a transaction get delayed it may cause serious damage to everyday life.
also their UPI for buying crypto is disabled so often. imps is easy but for maximum people UPI is the best option so they should fix the payment gateway issue.
