Fast paced interactive courses, confident knowledgeable trainers.

The trainers were really experienced. They kept us all engaged and we all felt like we learnt something new. Most of us have done the training previously but a refresher every 3 years makes sense.

Easy booking, clear instruction. Everything done on time and as expected

Easy to book in, organise and the help from customer services was precise and prompt. Staff that took part in the first aid course enjoyed the experience and mentioned that it was much more enjoyable compared to previous first aid courses that they had taken.

The EFAAW group training session was fun, engaging, and very informative. The trainer kept everyone involved throughout the session and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand.

The practical activities and group participation made the training enjoyable while also helping build confidence in using first aid skills in real situations. The session was well organised, interactive, and created a positive learning environment for everyone involved.

Overall, it was an excellent training session that was both enjoyable and valuable. I would highly recommend it to others.

The trainer was clear, knowledgeable, and consistently kept the atmosphere positive and engaging. The training was well structured and easy to follow, and any points that were unclear were explained quickly and effectively.

the instructor was very good, he made the whole experience very interactive and scenario based which helped us to understand better.

The first aid trainer was excellent! He touched on things I didn't know. He explained what happens to the heart once it stops, and what affect doing chest compressions makes on the heart and body. He even left us with a booklet so we could reflect on.

I've never done a first aid training course before, so i found it very valuable
