I cant watch or download movies anymore.use to work great before but not anymore.

Useless broadband instead go for pay as you go

Extremely disappointed with the rude customer service experience while simply inquiring about broadband options. If this is the prelude, I shudder to think what post-sales support might be like.

Overcharged a couple of times and contract price increase with no forewarning but good customer service and good wifi. As good as any other wifi company

Onestream is one of those rare companies where you feel like there is a priority on support and customer service. Despite its reasonable pricing, whenever I needed help, I received excellent service. I am especially impressed with the chat help. Thus far, I never needed to go beyond that while with many other organizations, chat only gets you that far and then you need to talk someone. Not so with Onestream in my experience.

Also, their service is excellent and, in my opinion, has a fair pricing structure. I particularly love how everything is pro-rated, allowing me to turn on/off features when I need them rather than having to schedule to time changes with the due date of the subscription.

I highly recommend this service.
