The entire process moved quickly, the offer was below what I wanted but at least I could sell my property fast. The closing was smooth with no surprises and was exactly on schedule. I contacted Ontario Property Buyers to ask about how the process works of selling my parents' house As-Is, and Sebastian called me in less than a day to answer my questions and schedule an appointment. He came over to see the house we are selling and made an offer within that week...and by the following week we have come to an agreement after I talked to my parents about the price. To make the process more efficient for us because my parents were out of the country Sebastian suggested a law firm that are knowledgeable and familiar with the type of house selling scenario we are in, and the firm definitely helped the sale closed fairly smoothly. Ontario Property Buyers even paid the lawyer fees. It was a very positive experience for my parents and us throughout the process. We highly recommend their business. Sebastian and his team worked hard to try and sell our house quickly for us and with the minimum amount of effort. Unfortunately our price point was a little too high for investors but Sebastian also had some great realtor contacts that offered various services including one who would organize contractors to clean up and refinish your house before selling. Overall Sebastian and the team put your well-being and priorities first to help make the process as painless as possible.
