Video and Text Learning
All the videos on each module where very helpful, I do wish that it was real people speaking rather than an AI Generated voice, but other than this everything was very good! I do also like that there was an option for text learners and video learners.

OST Team is an excellent team, very cordial, cooperative and helpful. Specially I couldn’t but.mention two names Sam and Isabel suppprted me in every steps in the online training course even getting license, ministry exam. Great Course, Extremely Long Wait Times.
The course was very easy to understand, but I found it very repetitive... which might have been done on purpose to help engrave the information into the "student's" head.
The one thing I don't like... as well as someone else actively going through the course is the wait times. Your website doesn't always calculate them efficiently.
Other than that, I thought it was pretty user-friendly, easy to understand, and informative.

I took the security guard training with OSL and couldn’t be more grateful and pleased with OSL !! They supported me throughout my training journey. I had to take another class in first aid training and they were there to set me up with an organization that wasn’t a part of their organization and got me signed up to take my training with them because of their commitment to their students even though it costed them more money to do this. They are a very reliable and professional organization and I recommend them highly because they are very committed to their beliefs and success of their students. Thank you kindly OSL.
