⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – I Do Not Recommend This Company at All!
I had an awful experience with this company from beginning to end. I hired them to make the sign for my shop, and honestly, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They constantly delayed the project, never finished anything on time, and communication was almost impossible. I had to keep following up over and over just to get simple answers.
When the sign was finally installed, it started peeling off and falling apart shortly after, which is unbelievable for a brand-new sign. I reached out to them several times to fix it, and even though they promised they would, they never showed up or took any responsibility.
Their service is unreliable, their quality is poor, and they clearly don’t care about their customers once they get paid. I would never use them again, and I strongly recommend that no one else does either. Save yourself the stress and find a company that actually stands behind their work and respects their clients.
