On that ass are a company without humanity or compassion. Despite me telling them i was canceling due to lack of money they refused to drop the extra month. Because i had no money in my bank account they tried 3 times to take it until my universal credit came in and they took the money i needed to use to pay my bills. Thanks for the underwear, hopefully i can burn it to keep warm.

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with OnThatAss.

I cancelled my membership, but despite this, I continued to receive orders and was still charged. It turns out there is a “one-month notice period”, which is not clearly communicated during cancellation. Because of this, I was charged again and received products I did not want.

Even worse, after I initiated a chargeback through my bank, they started sending me invoices and adding extra reminder fees, which feels very unfair and aggressive.

This kind of subscription system is misleading and not transparent. Customers should not be charged after cancellation in such a confusing way.

I do not recommend this service. Be very careful before signing up, as cancelling does not immediately stop charges.

Very disappointing experience.

This company is the worst…

This company is the worst at delivering and resolving issues. They would claim that your order has been sent to you. But you have no means of tracking or confirming their claims. The next thing is that they'll demand payment for an order you never received. Once you complain that you never received the order, they'll ask you to pay so that a replacement can be sent. If you refuse, they'll hand your details to a debt collection service, and you'll be accused of owing them over £50 for what they never sent out of their imaginary factory. What a business idea! The relentless calls and emails will rage-bait you to act. But here's the worst part: No human communication channels! Everything is through a silly chatbot that doesn't know how to resolve live issues or update on your order. It's a shame these guys operate in this country.

Misleading ‘Free’ Product – They Keep Charging You”This was advertised as a one-time free

This was advertised as a one-time free product, but it turned out to be a trap. After placing the order, I was unknowingly signed up for a subscription that I never agreed to. There was no clear information about recurring charges during the purchase.
When I tried to cancel the membership, I discovered that they require a one-month notice period before cancellation takes effect. This means they continue charging you even after you request to cancel, which feels very misleading.
Trying to cancel the subscription was extremely frustrating. The website makes it very difficult to find any proper cancellation option, and there is no reliable way to contact the company. I attempted to reach out but received no response.
Meanwhile, they kept charging my credit card without proper authorization. The only way I could stop the payments was by contacting my bank and asking them to block the company entirely.
This appears to be a deliberate subscription trap designed to mislead customers into ongoing payments. I strongly advise others to be very careful and avoid this company.

Misleading ‘free sample’ subscription trap

Very disappointing experience.

I received what was presented as a “free sample” boxer short through a promotion. What was not clearly communicated is that this apparently activates a paid subscription.

Shortly after, a charge was taken from my account. When contacting support, they insisted that another payment must still be made before the membership can end. That is extremely frustrating considering I never intentionally signed up for a paid subscription.

After looking online, I noticed that many other customers describe the exact same experience with this “free sample → subscription” model.

In my opinion this business model is highly misleading and not transparent. I would strongly recommend reading reviews carefully before accepting any “free” offers from this company.

This is a scam

This is a scam. It advertises as a free trial for underwear and then with no warning signs you up to recurring payments that you cannot simply cancel but when you do cancel membership you are locked in to make another payment. Unknowingly customers sign up to a contract when they input details for the free trial. Impossible to get hold of customer service.

Please cancel my upcoming payment I have requested the deletion of all my details from your files and I would like a refund for the subscription I did not sign up to and to end the contract I gave no consideration for and did not enter into knowingly. Please respect my consumer rights under EU law and refund me; end my subscription and membership; cancel my future payment; and delete all of my personal data from your files.

1★ – Unauthorised charges, impossible to cancel, PayPal had to block them

I’ve tried cancelling my subscription with this company several times and they kept taking money from me every month. I even deleted my card details, and they still managed to charge my PayPal account without my consent. I contacted PayPal directly and they confirmed the payments were unauthorised — they had to block the vendor themselves and refund me. No company should be able to keep charging people after they’ve cancelled. This feels like a scam and I would strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.

Payment taken from account despite cancelling subscription 4 weeks ago

My son bought boxers using my card not realising that he was signing up to a subscription service. Shortly after the order was made he cancelled the subscription yet 10 days later the boxer shorts arrived. They are very poor quality!! Today I noticed the direct debit pending on my bank account although this subscription was cancelled over a month ago. I spoke to my bank and they told me other customers have had the same issue. I had to cancel my card to stop the payment but today the payment came out anyway. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this company like the plague unless of course you are happy to spend €12 a month on boxers that are worth less than a euro.

Scammers

They are sending me debits for a subscription that I have never made and never received anything from them. It’s a scammer. Ridiculous. I needed to asked for a new password and I have never subscribed any email or anything and there’s a debit on my name.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Having signed up for a promotion you'll find yourself tied into a contract with a one month notice period in which you'll be charged again! The boxers are not at all comfortable in my opinion so did not want another pair. Very expensive pair of mediocre boxers. This company is clever at extorting what they can while they can.

Be careful

This company is a cleverly plotted scam! I'd have never signed up for it if I had known it was a subscription based thing. You have to dive so deep into the "contract" to find out that they want to take 12.99 a month. Its advertised as more of a free gift or a free sample! Then they had the audacity to try and remove 12.99 on CHRISTMAS DAY (When I was celebrating with family), so obviously I hadn't seen this, and refused to let me cancel the account unless I paid them 12.99, threatening to send their own team of debt collectors to the house, over a pair of underwear! Most unserious scam company I've ever heard of. Avoid! This company does not comply with UK law, I had to get my bank to put a executive stop on them trying to take money off of me, if you sign up for this it'll be long and hectic. Be careful.

Arrived home today to find I had been…

Arrived home today to find I had been sent a pair of boxer shorts from On That Ass/ NL. I have never heard of On That Ass before today and I have certainly never signed up for an On That Ass promotion, nor would I. No family or friends were responsible for the order and one detail of the address was slightly innaccurate (though not enough to prevent arrival) which is suspicious in itself. I don't want the order, I don't accept the order and a quick Google reveals that the company is a possible scam company. I tried to contact the company on its website but all there is is a useless bot that has been designed to make it as difficult as possible to make a complaint that doesn't fit it's very limited criteria. Off to speak to my credit card company now in case, an attempt at a fraudulent claim for payment is made in the future since I note that there are On That Ass promotions which offer a free pair of boxer shorts followed by what Reddit users suggest are fraudulent payments.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Just a scam. They suck you in with a free trial, then try to take monthly payments. Cancellation is virtually impossible as they have no phone number. Most of their email addresses do not appear valid.
They tell you that you cannot cancel for 7 days which does not comply with UK law.

Don't fall for this! It's a scam

If I could give them a -10, I would. They are scammers! I was promised I would receive a free bra and knickers, I received them and now they are trying to charge me £13. I don't even understand why I was subscribed to anything! Their customer service is awful! There's no way of getting in touch with them. They have no phone, contact e-mail, they don't reply on social media. They claim you can contact them on their website, it's just a bot, which is a joke.
