Avoid this company at all costs
My recent delivery experience has been one of the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered an item through Debenhams, and the tracking from OntimeCourier stated that the parcel was delivered — but nothing ever arrived.
To make things worse, after the failed delivery, I was contacted on WhatsApp by someone claiming to be from the courier, who already had the details of my order and the item value. They pushed me to pay for a “replacement item,” which immediately raised red flags. I should never be receiving WhatsApp messages from a courier asking for money.
I’ve tried to get answers about the missing parcel and the strange messages, but so far I’ve received no helpful response or proper explanation.
This experience has left me frustrated, uncomfortable, and without my order. I would strongly recommend that others be extremely cautious when dealing with this courier service
