Inadvertently used this site. I bought £10 top up and was charged £11.89. This charge was not clear on the website. I rang to get a refund but was told they could not do this. I then got an email to say that the account I had set up included automatic top ups and those had been cancelled. I did not set up an account or opt into automatic top ups. Had I not rung in, I would have incurred automatic top ups. This company is not a scam but has some dodgy and unclear practises. Avoid it at all costs.

I've given 1 as there's no 0.They pretend to be your supplier, get kids doing it "fraudulently" off their parents bank accounts as they're aiming at kids market. This company is a joke. They charge you 25% extra because they pretend to be your network supplier.

This has to be the very worst Company I have ever encountered. When I tried to top up my 'phone online this was the first one that came up and it gave my 'phone company so I clicked on it, thinking it was my Company. BIG BIG Mistake. They are dreadful. (Customer service shower need a bit of training).I contacted them and said I hadn't used the receipt and asked for a refund. They refunded the money (so far so good) but then because of the way it looks online my Husband did the same thing but this time they told me that it was non refundable. (?) not only this total inconsistency but they also change a "processing fee" which meant the £15 top up was now almost £18. Steer clear of them they are dreadful. I have read their reply, whatever happened to the 14 days "cooling off" period when buying goods and services online. As I said at the start of this review The Very Worst Company, ever.
