Unreliable... Unprofessional

Items I order from Walmart.com are almost never delivered to my home. They are reported as undeliverable to my home, "business is closed" even though it's my home address on my Walmart account, or reported by driver as delivered although my security camera shows NO delivery! A Walmart package yesterday was reported as undeliverable at 2:39 p.m. because "business was closed" even though it's my home address. I called Walmart customer service to cancel the order and get a refund, yet was told OnTrac has until February 3rd to deliver it. Today, Walmart reports that my package was loaded into another delivery vehicle at 10:30 a.m. yet at 3 p.m. no delivery. From now on, when Walmart states an item I order and pay for will be shipped, I'm going to cancel that item. Why pay Walmart for items OnTrac never delivers?

Ordered a $1400 package that was sadly…

Ordered a $1400 package that was sadly shipped thru this company. First i dident get any updates on my package from the 23-27th until i got in contact and complained. Still only got brief updates here and there. My package now sits one state away for over 24 hours now no updates “due to weather” even tho there is no weather in the area the package is coming from or going. I have now waited over 8 days for a package that was only coming from 26 hours away. Will never purchase a item again thats shipped thru this company worst experience ever out of any shipping company ive used

Buyers beware when a package you bought…

Buyers beware when a package you bought is being shipped using OnTrac. I recently had two separate packages shipped by a company who utilized OnTrac as a third party delivery service. The first package never even made it too me as OnTrac delivery service damaged the perishable goods during handle. The second package which was shipped two weeks later, but delayed by the supplier due to winter conditions did make it to Ontrac in Pittsburgh, PA (Specifically the warehouse on River Ave) only to be delayed by them due to winter conditions. To make matters worse the winter conditions were over and the roads were clear to deliver the package. Again, the second package was perishable goods and now three days after it should have been delivered it is still not at my residence. Furthermore, I researched this location which used to be called Lasership but is now operated as OnTrac. The pervious reviews for Lasership are lack luster to say the least. Lastly, I was able to find a number for the warehouse after much research and gave them a call only to speak with a female who was completely unprofessional and acted as if I inconvenienced her for calling the location. This female then hung up the phone on me. Upon calling the location back no one picked up the phone.

If I could give it no stars I would. As soon as I see that a company shipped my package with OnTrac I know it is doomed. Every single time. Delays, no delivery at all, drivers that can’t read or use a map, the MOST frustrating customer (no)service in the industry -even worse than UPS!

OnTrac is the absolute worst

OnTrac is the absolute worst. Inaccurate delivery information. States package out for delivery and then states business closed and delivery attempted when neither is true. Absolutely zero customer service. And they don’t care all. They use a Virtual assistant chat which is completely useless and no live agent option. I will no longer purchase from companies that ship using OnTrac.

Worst company

It's ridiculous how EcoFlow, with its excellent products, chooses such a mediocre delivery company. A company that doesn't even have the most basic customer service. I received a EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Series Portable Power Station (2048Wh) package worth over USD1,000.00 In addition I paid EcoFlow Worry-Free Purchase - USD20.09. This purchase is backed by Seel’s worry-free protection. I paid thinking it would be more secure. With the unpleasant surprise OnTrac, left the equipment in front of my garage without even ringing the doorbell to announce the delivery, as if it were a bread and milk delivery. I opened my garage and couldn't move it because it was too heavy. I am unable to exert myself due to health reasons. The temperature outside was around 14 degrees Celsius. It wasn't until around 7 or 8 at night that I was able to get the package inside with help. If OnTrac is EcoFlow's only delivery option, I certainly won't buy from them again and will consider returning the battery.
It's unfortunate because this is my first purchase with EcoFlow, and the company's image is being affected by a shipping company.

Avoid this delivery company at all costs.

I had an order that was sent through this company to be delivered. When I got my tracking number the first thing I saw that bothered me was that. I live in Chicago and this package shipped from Bridgeport, NJ and the next location it was at said it was in Chandler, AZ. Then there was a statement saying it was delayed by the weather and didn't say what the estimated delivery was going to be. It ended up being three days later and when I got the package from my porch, it was leaking. I took pictures of inside of the box and it had the product all over the inside and it could not be used. This is a very bad company, I can not or would not advise using them. I told my supply company that If they used them again, I will get a different supplier. When the person that delivered the package was in my driveway, my security camera recorded him. He had gotten my package out of the back of the vehicle and another package, He set the other package on the roof of his vehicle and then after putting mine on my porch he went back to the vehicle took the package off of the roof and though it in to the vehicle very hard and it slammed against the window in the vehicle. So, I have a pretty good idea how mine got as messed up as it did.

SET UP FOR PORCH THIEVES

Not only did the delivery person toss my packages on to the concrete ground, which could’ve broken them! They are on the phone telling someone else that they are delivering a package to my address now and to come get them!!!🤬 Are you kidding me, this company MUST STOP BEING USED by others. Thankfully I was able to get home and get packages inside. 20 minutes later my camera caught their counter part show up, right in front of my home, only to sit in the car a few minutes before creeping away after not seeing the packages outside.

I shudder every time I see OnTrac is…

I shudder every time I see OnTrac is being used to send me something. Literally impossible to reach customer service. Only a bot will tell you the last place they checked your package. Packages go undelivered for weeks on end due to “weather issues”. My product has been sitting in a warehouse across the river from me because there was snow one day last week. More snow is expected next weekend so I just know I’ll never receive my package. Must be a very cheap service for companies to use it.

This place deserves zero stars! Why isn't that possible? I ordered two items from Shark Ninja that On Trac "delivered" to the community mailboxes. NOT inside. ON TOP OF THE BOXES. Just sat them there and drove away. Guess what wasn't there when I got home? And this company says it's NOT their problem! Umm what? They were contracted to get it to my address.....not the front of my subdivision. I refuse to buy from companies that use this subpar service. I can't order from Fanatics anymore because I NEVER get the item. UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Uber, UberEats, Door Dash, can all find my house!! This place can, but refuses. Stop using companies that use this place. Make them go out of business!!

If I could give no stars

If I could give no stars I would. This is a fraud company pretending to ship items. I’ve had two orders from different brand be marked “undeliverable” and then “lost”. I work from home 7 days a week and have a camera so I know they never tried to deliver the product. Literally shameful that companies like Abercrombie and lululemon are using this shipping company. I’ve lost all trust in them.

Your Package Drops Into the Time Machine

For literally dozens of packages, I NEVER get any updates no matter how many times I stupidly fill out the updates form. This company does whatever it wants whenever it wants to do it. They are TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE and drivers drop off packages ANY time of day or night, some of which I imagine are when the bars close. You never know when or where your package might show up.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered from Hungryroot, who incidentally won’t let you give them negative reviews, never received my delivery. I was unaware that it would be delivered by Ontrac or of their reputation. I will avoid any companies that use them for shipping in the future. They make the USPS look amazing.

Unethical company

Unethical company. I asked for delivery to be cancelled the day THEY received the package due to Fanatics messing up my order. I left a note on my door. Delivery driver took a picture of the delivered package and cropped out the note. OnTrac/Lasership refuses to help. Avoid Fanatics.com and avoid this shipping company!

Thieves

Thieves. The real ratings are not on OnTrac's page. They are however all over the internet and they are horrible. Especially in the theft area. I have 44 years of transportation and I submitted a cargo claim against these people .They are so inept they didn't even ask to see the package. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I left I instructions with the original shipper to replace my item and only use USPS. OnTrac is no longer allowed on my property. I hope you lose your customer (shipper) ShopLC over this theft complaint. They should t of had to step in and replace the item ONTRAC STOLE.

MLBSHOP.COM should be embarrassed.

You charge premium, top-of-market prices, yet choose to rely on LaserShip / OnTrac—a carrier that is publicly and consistently criticized for non-delivery, falsified delivery scans, missing or stolen packages, and incorrect shipments. This is not anecdotal. It is well-documented across consumer forums and review platforms and reflects a systemic failure, not isolated incidents.

Had I known MLBShop was using this carrier, I would never have placed an order. Now that I do know, you’ve lost me as a customer—just like the thousands of others who report identical experiences.

To make matters worse, MLBShop chose to split a single order into multiple shipments from different sources, clearly to cut costs rather than ensure timely or accurate delivery.

What actually happened:

One t-shirt arrived early on January 23

Another arrived on January 27

The final item is now delayed until January 29, with no explanation

That delay makes the item completely useless to me. I will be on a plane the morning of January 29, meaning this package will be left unattended outside my residence—exactly the scenario customers warn about when describing theft and loss with this carrier.

After calling MLBShop directly, the response was beyond ridiculous.

The agent told me the only thing they could do was “leave a note” asking the carrier to try to deliver the package earlier—maybe tomorrow, January 28—or, if I’m lucky, “push” to have it delivered by 7:00 a.m. before I leave for the airport.

So after paying premium prices, my solution is:

No guaranteed delivery

No carrier change

No reroute

No hold option

Just a note asking a notoriously unreliable carrier to “try”

That is not customer service.
That is passing the buck and hoping for the best.

This isn’t bad luck.
This is bad logistics, bad vendor selection, and a complete lack of accountability.

If MLBShop insists on using a cheap, unreliable, publicly scorned shipping partner to protect margins, then customers deserve full disclosure before checkout.

Premium branding demands premium fulfillment.
What MLBShop delivers is the opposite.

Unacceptable.
