I can't stress enough how much I've learned from Onyx-Traders in the past couple of months. The tutorials and materials are comprehensive and loaded with valuable information. Even if you have no prior experience in trading, you can quickly pick up the basics and start making money with Onyx-Traders.

I’m really happy with Onyx-Traders.com and I’m looking forward to continuing to build a successful portfolio with them. They have always been very friendly and helpful, and I can trust that they are committed to helping me reach my trading goals. I just wish they had more payment options and languages to offer.

I wish I could give zero. Absolute scammers even with their fake “good” reviews. We’ve lost $250 and they’ve closed the website. Any tips on how to retrieve funds is appreciated.

Onyx-traders.com there name should be changed to scam-traders.com as they are professional thieves fake software fake traders its all fake trust me on this they have robbed me.steer well clear you wont get a penny back. Its a 100% scam

After deposit, I'm aware that it's a possible scam because I got no email response from their customer service. Only account manager contact customer and very delay, the platform don't have customer service at all, the support email doesn't work. I asked for refund again and again, and I haven't wait for refund, but it dead on Feb.14,2023.

The truth is very clear. The platform of onyx-traders.com is down, you can't access onyx-traders.com any more. The scammer has got enough money from victims and shot down the website, just like ftx.com.

I reluctantly invested £250 via Onyx Traders as I had read good things about them and at first, they seemed knowledgeable and interested in helping me earn money from my investment.

However, this all changed when they tried to encourage me to invest additional funds and I refused. They became very pushy, even telling me to take out a loan so that I could invest in a particular oil company. I obviously refused to do this and this is when things became a little sour.

I have since tried withdrawing my funds from my account and the status has been showing a 'pending' for around a week now. This is despite being told that I could instantly withdraw the money in my account at any time. It would now appear that I have been locked out of my account/my access to the site has been blocked.

The gentlemen (and I use this term loosely) that I have been engaging with are Alexander Volkov and George Jensen. The latter of the two was particularly unpleasant so much so that I had to terminate a call with him because he was insistent that I could afford to invest a further £1,000 and advised that, if I didn't have the funds readily available, I should take out a loan.

I am at a loss as to what I should do now to get my money back as I cannot get in touch with anybody via telephone, text message or email.

To summarise, do not invest your money with this company. They will just keep bugging you to invest more and more money even if you tell them that you cannot/feel uncomfortable with what they are suggesting. Then, when you try to withdraw your funds (having been told that this was something I could do instantly) everything goes very quiet.

Don't know where to start about onix-traders.com... It's a scam 100% . My wife invested £250 , everything looked ok the brokers were talking nicely, after 3 months the balance on her account was about £750 which sounded great but all sorts of so called brokers were harassing her Every day to deposit more money even knowing she didn't wanted that, they were getting more and more aggressive and insulting so she wanted to withdraw out of this... She's requested in writing in November to withdraw the money she's put in but no reply, live chat no reply, customer service unavailable. The Calls from them asking for more money continue and they probably past her details to all sorts of dodgy call centers as she was getting every day calls from people trying to scam her In Other ways . Even though she gave up on her money they are still harassing her , I've spoken with one of them and he was trying to convince me that if I buy 400$ in crypto he will transfer me our funds(1800+$ in the account now) that sounded like another scam to me and I was telling him that this is not right and I don't want to give them any more money so he started yelling at me and told me to shut up and do what he's telling me to do ...
Please avoid this happening to more people!

This company Onyx-Traders.com, do not touch them. They have lost every penny I have invested with them. I would give then a minus if that were possible because they made my account a minus in a matter of weeks. They are not professional and you will loose all you funds. That's the Onyx-Traders promise.

Overall, I have been extremely happy with my experience working with OnyxTraders - their customer service is exceptional and their rates are unbeatable!

They never stop ringing don’t go anywhere near

Avoid at all costs took my money then disabled my account because I didn’t want to invest more don’t answer the phone don’t answer emails don’t answer texts absolute scammers avoid

Very aggressive and rude. Do not take No for an answer and then you get about 20 phone calls a day! Very annoying
