Don't order during sale times!!

Oodie products are great, and if you order OUTSIDE of sale times, you should receive in good time. However, Oodie continually seem to fail to deliver during big sales. They keep putting them on and then being unable to meet demand. I've ordered twice from Oodie during sales - once the year before last and again this year. Previously, order finally arrived very late and was given a discount code for compensation. This year, ordered an Oodie 27th November, following Black Friday sale. It's still not here (now 27th Dec). No response via email. And then they have the audacity to announce their 'final sale of the year' on their Insta story, when they haven't even delivered on their last sales. Very poor.

Avoid!

Ordered two Oodies as Christmas gifts in early November. Not delivered and tracking updates stopped in mid November. Have emailed the help email as instructed and got a pro forma reply saying to expect a reply in 10 business days. That was 2 December. No update or contact since. No items and no communication. So very disappointed.

OUK1366050. Bored of waiting now!

Ordered 5 oodies almost one month ago, and with no prior advertisement of delays, proceeded to check out. On receipt of payment only then informed of delays, but with no great detail. Gave benefit of the doubt and allowed time to pass before contacting them, to recieve a bounce back email saying I can expect a response within 12 working days (over 3 weeks). STILL no response, STILL no update. These items were clearly bought as Christmas presents and with family going to Ireland on the 23rd of this month, I can guarantee I won’t recieve the items on time, to give out. Appalling standards at play here. I have a newsletter network of 3000 where they ask of the highs and lows of Christmas. Guess who will be mentioned as a low, Oodie.

Item not delivered, won't send replacement, won't refund

Ordered item, waited over 5 weeks (they still managed to keep hold of my money though). Admitted they have a problem where label wasn't attached to item, but will not send a replacement item, eventhough they know my item will not be delivered. Multiple requests ignored when I asked for my money back. To top if off, they think that a 'reasonable response time' is upto 14 working days (potentially 3 weeks!), and don't see a problem with this. Responses are generic copy and paste they send to all, with no action on how they plant rectify the issue, 'just hold on' seems to be their problem solving strategy.

Clear issues with their processes and problem resolution skills, and the accepted behavior is that the customer should behold their downfall. Not that they should send a replacement due to their failure and not the paying customers. Even a basic refund seems to be beyond their capabilities. Very poor.

They still manage to keep up social media posts though to drum up more demand they clearly cannot supply

Ordered 8th November, still waiting

Ordered 8th November - 14th December still nothing. Email response time 14days! Site says 'over two week delay'
Try OVER A MONTH.

I wanted my order for Christmas, not optimistic if the company can't even get an email to me before then.

Email saying 'next week' ...
Email about an Australian coming to UK and whining about thousands of emails - you've taken our money and not delivered, damn right people want answers. Simply telling us when you'll fulfil your contract and post our orders would cut down on all those emails.

Pausing/stopping the sale until issues sorted would have been responsible. An ETA would be a miracle.

Oodie fails customers

After waiting weeks for delivery, my parcel arrived today. Vacuum packed and not including the usual carry bag with oodie printed on. The garments are much thinner than my previous oodies. No labelling whatsoever apart from a tiny made in China label. Not even any care instructions. The supposedly sherpa fleece is ridiculously thin and the garment much lighter in weight from the ones I already own. To me, these scream out fake as there's no proof anywhere to show they're genuine. Had I not already owned 2 oodies, I may not have noticed the poor quality so much . I cannot give these as gifts as they look so cheap and annoyingly I'm informed of a 14 day normal time to allow for an email response. Bare in mind that you need to email them before you can return the goods. Totally unacceptable and I can only strongly advise folks to look elsewhere for an alternative.

Ordered early November still not been…

Ordered early November still not been left factory tried customer service no reply said 12 days I just want my items it's christmas soon and its been a month since I ordered. Then still selling more without sorting out the back orders this is not how customers should he treated with no communication from you just same email sent to everyone no one to actually talk to

Ordered on 14th of November and still…

Ordered on 14th of November and still haven't been dispatched. Customer service first lied that it's delayed collection from RoyalMail, then they said it was lost on transit and now after all that time they realised they haven't sent it at all and they don't have stock to send because sold more than they had. What a joke. I think everybody should ask for refund to show them that they should think about customer more than just money tree. BTW they disabled 24/7 online chat on website because can't handle the complaints. Hahah

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is absolutely appealing. After receiving a notification that my delayed order (#OUK1247199) had been sent, it has never arrived.
Waited a few days then emailed an enquiry. Was told I'd get a reply in 6 business days.
OK then, not great but its a busy time.
Waited their 6 business days then emailed again. Still no reply.
Ordered way back 10th November, still no oodie and no communication either!

Oodie for summer

one month and order still missing, 2 automated bulk emails are all we are getting. Wanted to chase your order? That will be another 10 business days (now 12), good job on screwing people up big times, now everyone will know not to buy an oodie as a winter present because it will show up in summer!

No items, no money to replace …

I have spent nearly £450 on oodie items for all my family this year. Ordered on the 25th November and they still haven’t been shipped. I have sent various emails and all I have had back is system generated reply’s not updating me in anyway. I can’t afford too buy replacement gifts so I’m really panicking. Sent messages via Facebook with no response. I have no idea what to do. Just being completely ignored. Please oodie get in touch properly and let your customers know if they are going to get the items before Christmas!!!

Never turned up…

Order placed a month ago and still no products. £180 spent and nothing to show for it. All Christmas presents which I assume won’t be turning up. Emailed and response time for emails looks to be 12 days which by then it will be too late. Awaiting my goods and email!

Assuming if they are lost, they will be sending out more items. I will amend comments as they hopefully decide to rectify their error. If not, this will be going further.

I ordered a kids Oodie on 18 November. When can I expect to receive it?

I ordered a kids Oodie on 18 November 2023. I've no idea whether it will arrive in time for Christmas. It would be very helpful for their website to give an estimation of delivery timings. I'm sure the Oodie UK team will appreciate that a lot of the orders they are receiving will be Christmas presents! Some will have been ordered by Father Christmas.

Terrible experience so far!

Terrible experience so far!!
I ordered a Winnie the Pooh rainbow kids Oodie on 18/11/2023 for my daughter but it has not yet arrived!!
I have subsequently received 2 emails from Oodie uk saying my order has been delayed and to reach out with any concerns. I tried to email last week but got a response saying no reply for up to 10 working days! The Oodie uk website has very little customer service contact advice on it...frustratingly no phone number at all. It advises that you can contact via email or a live chat but this live chat function has been turned off!! This is a Christmas present for my daughter and obviously I am concerned it might not arrive in time and as its a relatively expensive item, buying again before this is resolved with the cost of living the way it is, is not practical for me. My concern and frustration has only been compounded because I have subsequently ordered a second Oodie for my partner and that has arrived which had left me at a loss of what to do.

Really bad experience so far and would not recommend.
