Shipping was very fast. I realize items sell out quickly due to the great comfort of these shoes, but availability was very limited. I ended up ordering a pair of shoes that were not necessarily my first choice since several models were sold out for quite some time.

Very comfortable. Boots come off, oofos go on and my feet feel better instantly.

I ordered online. Site was easy to navigate. I received my shoes when expected. Will recommend online shopping.

I bought the shoes on line and they were $25.00 more expensive then in the store. The shoes are great and very comfortable.

This is the first time I bought oofos. The sandals are comfortable but the size runs big. The website suggests for women , go up one size if you wear half size. I bought two pairs, one is size 8 and the other size7. Normally I wear 71/2 and even size 7 is a little big for me. Anyway, I keep both of them because it is too much trouble to send them back. They are a bit pricey but it seems well-made.

This is my second pair of these flip flops. I bought the first pair from my physiotherapist. I found that if I wore them, my plantar fasciitis did not recur.
I wore them at the cottage all summer and loved them. Unfortunately, I was looking for my lost dog in the woods and had them on. I have given them four stars as the piece that goes between the toes broke when I was on the uneven ground. I ordered the second pair on line. They were delivered on time and I was notified when they had been placed in my mailbox. They are comfortable, have good arch support and grip the foot much better than an ordinary flip flop.

The sandals I bought are AMAZING, but..... I shared the website with friends, and now they are all sold out.

The reason a 3 star review has nothing to do with the product ,but customer service. I have been wearing the oolala's sandals for 3 years now and they are amazing, have always bought them at store, but decided to order the same pair in 2 different colours, on line, one pair fit the other didn't. Same size same sandal, When I called custom service I was told that sometimes one is a bit tighter, it wasn't tighter, it clearly didn't fit. They couldn't do anything for me, had to send it back. He recommended I order the same pair again to see if it was looser, why would I risk that again, and spend another possible 20$ to ship it back, needless to say i won't order again i will try my luck at the store. Amazing sandal thou !!!!

I have a heel injury and cannot wear a closed back, but I need a closed toe for work and also need orthotics. I tried to find WOMEN'S OOCLOOG locally with no luck. Finally I ordered some from SoftMoc, new item in stock and available online.
Unfortunately, even though my normal size 9 fits everywhere else in all brands of shoes, these were too tight at the front outer sides of my feet/ hurt my feet.
I promptly returned them to Softmoc.
To wear, the Oocloogs felt very sticky inside, and squishy to walk on and honestly not very supportive feeling. The arch felt supportive, but the front of the shoes felt unstable. Orthotics cannot fit inside.
I’ll be sticking with the Crocs Specialist II’s I found online for half the price (my first and only pair of Crocs) that are comfortable, supportive, and fit my orthotics. I really had high hopes for the Oofos Clogs and was unfortunately quite disappointed.

I ordered Oofas for myself and my husband. They arrived and mine were great - loved them. However, my husband found that his were too tight - he couldn’t get his feet in - the vamp was too low. I emailed and asked if there was another pair that might work and was told, no, all foot beds were the same. Then I checked further and found a pair with an adjustable vamp, with Velcro, so I exchanged and ordered. The new ones are great and we’re very happy with them. I’m just wondering why we were not told about this other option. If I had not found it myself, we would not have found them, and would not have made the exchange. Maybe a little more initiative on the part of Oofas salespeople?

Love, love, love these shoes! So comfy on your feet and great for sore knees and hip joints. I have tons of pairs and always looking for new ones.
