It was very simple to make the order, I ordered a cookie for my daughter as a gift and had it delivered to the house, there was great communication from the company regarding the order and the delivery and couldn’t fault them. The cookie was very well packaged and exactly what I ordered. My daughter loved it - chocolate chip cookies are her favorite and it didn’t disappoint. I would defiantly give them 10/10 and would use them again xx

I have ordered from Ooh & Ahh three times now. The ordering system is easy, communication is friendly, delivery is on time and the cookies and treats are delicious. I would certainly recommend and I will be ordering again in the future (they make a great gift!).

Bought them for a 17th Birthday present. They arrived on time. The cookies were excellent and they came in a lovely box. Unfortunately the shipping labels was stuck firm to the top and one side of the box and when trying to carefully remove it, the surface of the box was damaged, making it untenable as a keepsake.
Would be good if the label was easily removable.

Brought for my daughter’s birthday and for the family gathering, and nothing didn’t disappoint. Looking forward to ordering again for Halloween.

We love oohs and ahhs cookies. ..ordered twice and will definitely order more times. The cookies are amazing and the girls running the business are so so lovely helpful and friendly. I really recommend them to everyone!

My girlfriend had received these cookies for her birthday, both of us are big lovers of cookies and chocolates. Considering this is a company based around cookies, they were awful. I’m not one to usually complain but the quality was generally so poor. The brownie was the highlight, I would say this was tasty but that may have just been in comparison to what else was in the box. The cookies were cheap, tasteless, almost tasted stale. The dip isn’t a dip, far too hard to dip a cookie in, also way too sweet. We both had one bite of the cookie pie then it headed straight for the bin. Useful feedback would be to focus as much on the quality of the product as you do the branding and packaging. Maybe we just got a bad batch but seeing as everything in the box was poor I’m not so sure.

Unfortunately the cookie was broken into tiny pieces so was not acceptable! It’s no-ones fault but obviously the Royal Mail does not handle the goods as well as they should! Further to ooh and aah’s communication below. I got in touch as they suggested and they very kindly returned my payment.
Fantastic service and I will be using them again for future cookie purchases! 👍

It arrived on the day of hubby's birthday. He was totally surprised and just loved the cookies and sauces.

It didn't last long apparently!

Arrived within the stated time, well packaged, cookie arrived in one piece and all the writing and decorations intact. Very impressed. To top it off, it tasted great aswell. Bought for my daughter a she wanted so thing different than cake .

I wish I had anything good to say. I ordered the cookie samples on a Sunday night. It asked you to choose what date you wanted. I picked wednesday and nothing came. Tried to email them and no response. Now we have disappointed kids and im out of pocket. Wasn't sure about them but now I know... didn't even get a tracking number or order number.

Was really tasty and that was coming from a teenager whose birthday it was.
Loved the idea that it can fit through a letterbox too.
Would use again and recommend.
