The customer service is outstanding
The customer service is outstanding! Unfortunately, I bought a size that ended up too small and I had to send it back and pay the shipping (and I specifically bought on a free delivery promotion...so yeah I lost money in the end :/ ). Anyways they have a great product and customer service, maybe the sizing should be more clear, so I wouldn't have to return it.

Great design and confort
Great design and confort. I feel beautiful in them, which is not very common in menstrual underwear. In my opinion they run a bit big, so I would recommend to get a size smaller that what you usually wear.

Cute and comfortable but a bit difficult to wash
I ordered two Ooia panties, I love the design and they are very comfortable, specially for sleeping - I don't have to worry to stain the bedsheets anymore! They absorb everything very well and don't smell bad, although my period is not very heavy. Order came within the expected delivery time and it came nicely wrapped in two separate boxes.
My only complain is that I find the instructions for washing the panties a bit hard to follow - they can only be washed with laundry detergent special for wool, and I barely have clothes that need this kind of detergent, specially in summer. I can't do an entire load of laundry only for two panties, so I'm not sure how to wash them in summer...
