So happy to have found these guys. Really quick turnaround to help ethically dispose of bathroom renovation materials. Friendly, professional and thoughtful service for my elderly dad who is hesitant about using new suppliers. Thoroughly recommend on every count: responsive, friendly, great pricing. Go use them!

Keith and Robert arrived exactly when they said they would to collect our two couches, and couldn't have been more helpful. They were ready to improvise if it wasn't straightforward to get the couches through the doors. Their service was very good value and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

Ootnoo provides a great service. Easy to contact and came when they said they would. I was impressed to hear that only 3% of the items they collect go to landfill. Important to note to keep any fire labels on upholstered furniture as this makes it easier to recycle. Thanks for a great service.

I spoke with Keith at the weekend about a bags and boxes removal for a flat, but silly me, there was more than anticipated, so I didn't get my approximate collection amount over to him until later on Monday morning.

Nevertheless, Keith sent a quote, asked if I would be available today and, he had arrived and completed the work before it was even half past 3. What a gent too!

OotnoO have been fantastic in providing a recycling and waste collection service for us, flexible with times and no jobs too small or too large. Reasonably priced and always a friendly service. I have used Ootnoo more than once and they are excellent to work with. Each time the uplift is effortless, arrive on time, extremely considerate to the needs of the uplift and their inventiveness to recycle / re-use as much as possible without using landfill is most admirable.
Yes there are other companies out there but I would highly recommend contacting Ootnoo first.

OotNoo were great! They replied quickly and could offer an uplift for my unwanted stuff within a day. I asked for a quote in advance which was very reasonable. There were no last minute added-on costs and the team who did the work were polite, friendly and fast.
