Do not trust Opal Noosa. Their sizes are wrong and there is no mechanism for return, replace or refund. The cardigan I bought as XL was SS or S. When I tried to contact them to exchange it the mechanism to do so failed completely. They are a scam flogging off wrongly labelled products.

They deserve being tarred & feathered and public shamed for their actions

Disgraceful outfit, they try to get you to think they operate from Noosa, Qld BUT they do not. There returns policy is shocking and when they do FINALLY accept a return they want you to post the clothing overseas at a cost of $60AUD and on top of that they are non responsive, it take days and weeks of follow up. When they do finally respond (after threats of escalation to the proper authorities) they push you to accept either a $40 refund (when I paid $100) or to incur the cost of overseas postage at $60. Do not deal with this unscrupulous outfit. They are a disgrace and should be removed from the internet!

I ordered two men’s cardigans both supposed to be XXL. What an absolute joke. They are M at best. They also took a very long time to arrive and from the tracking they came from God knows where internationally. DO NOT WASTE your time or money. I only wish I’d read similar reviews before I was stung. Their return policy is also one written by charlatans. They should be ashamed!

I ordered a size 3XL jacket which was eventually delivered. Cost was $80. All my other garments are size 3XL and fit me. This one was fit for a small person at best. I emailed Opal Noosa twice regarding return and refund - have not heard from them & I guess I never will.

The jacket I purchased is very poor quality. I won’t buy anything from this website again. I was fooled into thinking this was an Australian company due to the name but the clothing is very cheap and an Asian made product and not worth the money.

Opal Noosa not australian company - cheap plastic chinese product and chinese company. Not good quality at all and not like photo.

I am disappointed and not satisfied with any of the products I have purchased through this site. The products are of low quality material and not as described or pictured on the website and not worth the value charged. They make it seem they are from Australia but it's all Chinese sweat shop rubbish. Can't get any response from customer service for exchanges & refund. Avoid this business & others similar advertised on FB & IG.
