Bought a Eureka Mignon Manuale grinder. It arrived the next day with a handwrittenetter as a thank you, chocolate, tea and a free coffee bag as a gift. Following that day I recieved an email with instructions and places to look to learn more about my new grinder. Amazed at the level of detail and care, makes the customer feel heard.
