I have a great experience with staff from the beginning of my orientation to the last dayof orientation,staff were very professional open to any questions and concerns,You may have very friendly and professional atmosphere. My experience with Open Arms Home Care is a pleasant one! Every one is very cooperative and friendly. And of course, then know how to get their job done well. They explain their work ethics and how determined at their job to show care for the people we love. Becky Concepcion in particular is very understanding and selfless. When I first walked into their offices the very FIRST thing I noticed was the cleanliness. The SECOND thing was the smile of the receptionist wearing scrubs and the exceptional professionalism exhibited by the staff. Especially Jennie Mojica during my intake. She was patient with me through the process and kept me updated to any status changes. As a Veteran it was important to see well informed subject matter experts in uniform with a helpful attitude.
