Mostly good support and the software is better than adequate but in many ways the service is a work in progress—as one might expect for a developing technology.

They are great and very responsive

They are great and very responsive. The platform was a little advanced for me and I don’t understand everything. I issued a refund and they got it to me the next day. So even if you don’t like it, your safe!

I have had an amazing experience with…quality and trust.

I have had an amazing experience with Openart. It is not cheap, but everyone values different things. One thing I really appreciate even though it was an inconvenience is the ethical guardrails. For a brand I was helping with their website I was trying to create an image of a mom applying baby lotion to a childs face and it refused to create it multiple times not even getting close to anything with a child. Thank you Open Art.

I had a serious support issue with…

I had a serious support issue with OpenArt involving a representative named Ivan.

This was not just ordinary dissatisfaction with AI results. Ivan acknowledged in writing that one of my projects had a technical defect involving audio/narration issues and said it would be escalated to engineering. He also restored 5,000 credits after failed/error generations.

However, he never provided the promised technical follow-up, repeatedly ignored my direct questions, and later responded as if the issue was just normal AI experimentation. After I complained about his handling of the case and stated that I would report him, the 5,000 restored credits were removed from my account and I received a warning that my creations would be deleted in 7 days.

My concern is that the same support representative I am complaining about appears to control the support thread, so the regular email support channel is not a fair escalation route.

I am requesting that OpenArt management review the full email thread, restore the credits that were removed, preserve my creations, and address the technical defect Ivan previously acknowledged.

Pretty good - room for substantial improvement

I enjoy the outlet for my creative imagination, and as a musician, I appreciate the means to produce video in a relatively cost-effective manner.
That being said, my experience has been frequently highly frustrating, as it quite often seems as though the various AI are deliberately programmed to return results entirely inconsistent with, or worse, completely opposite of my clear, precise prompts - causing me to waste, by this point, tens of thousands of credits producing video which I cannot use for anything.
Additionally, there has been a recurring issue each month, whereby any credits I have left on my account at the end of the month SHOULD roll over into the next month, but instead simply vanish when the next month's credits arrive in my account. This forces me to take time out of my busy schedule to email support in order to get those vanished credits restored to my account. I have had to make sure to take a screen shot, showing the date and number of credits remaining in my account on the day before the new credits will arrive, in order to be able to prove that I am owed those credits which failed to roll over. Thankfully, your support staff has been understanding and helpful, so I've gotten all of my vanished credits restored, but I don't like that this problem has existed for months, and has been brought to your attention multiple times, yet still hasn't been corrected, even though if I were working for you, I could have been able to correct the problem immediately after it was first brought up.
On the whole, I appreciate the tools enough to not ask for a refund, but if these problems aren't corrected by the time my year's subscription is up, I will most likely not renew my subscription.
On the other hand, if I see noticeable improvement, I will happily recommend your services to my numerous clients and friends, many of whom also produce video for various applications.
Thank you for the good work already done - and please keep up that good work - it is appreciated.
I look forward to further progress!

Innovative Platform with Supportive Team

Great team that keeps constant pace with the accelerated developments of the Gen AI models. I have interacted with the team on numerous occasions and found them supportive and engaging. The platform has been my go-to for commercial production.
